Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to downtown, the trolley, and cruise terminals. Many found the staff, especially at the front desk, to be friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Cleanliness received mixed feedback; while several guests found the rooms clean and modern, others noted musty smells, mildew, or issues with housekeeping. Breakfast was generally appreciated, though there were some complaints about staff attitude and replenishment. The most common negative was the high and sometimes unexpected cost of parking, which many guests felt was excessive.
