9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff very helpful. Location great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hospitality. Personal touch. Domestic food. Heart of the Old Town. View to the Plaza.
6.3 Good
Pros: The guy serving breakfast was very friendly and helpful - he was the saving grace of the stay. The terrace looks beautiful for breakfast - it was raining when we stayed so we were in a stuffy indoor restaurant instead.
Cons: Difficult one to review. We arrived with it pouring down and behind a load of cruise shippers, so we weren’t in our best moods. We parked in the wrong car park due to poor directions given by reception earlier so ended up paying 20euros for one days parking. I would recommend asking for photos of the car park before hand! The hotel is VERY dark. It has a smell of cleaning polish. At one time it probably looked very elegant but it now looks a bit dated. It was also very expensive relative to other hotels in the area which we think are much better - for example we stayed at the Iberostar Grand Perast the night before which is a five star hotel with champagne arrival, spa facilities, indoor and outdoor pools, bellboy, free parking and a gorgeous restaurant. Somehow the rooms were the same price as Cattaro and Cattaro had none of those extras. I understand there are two restaurants owned by the hotel - one was closed and the other was a dingy sports bar. Seems to us that because of its location it feels it doesn’t need to try very hard, and doesn’t.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location (just in the main square of Kotor), outstanding quality of the hotel, Staff helpful, price good.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location tucked in the corner of the main gate, inside the walls. Breakfast was very good (though eggs looked somewhat dried at times) and fresh yogurt was the best! Nice salad option in the morning. Room very large, good sized bathroom, but we had the first room on the first floor, so no real view of anything. No coffee setup left for morning coffee, even after mentioning to front desk. Service was exceptional all around. Would highly recommend
Cons: Lack of clear directions about where to find the hotel without Montenegro SIM card or GPS. Would suggest providing coffee/water throughout the day for guests if none is provided in room as ours wasn’t. 15 Euro/day parking was good, but a little bit of a walk.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, it exceeds our expectations, highly recommended
Cons: No comment
5.8 Okay
Pros: nice location in city centre
Cons: The music in breakfast room managed to be both noisy and sad - quite unsuitable for breakfast! We like Montenegrin power ballads but not while having breakfast! Also we did not like the attitude of some of the staff. We left in the morning for sightseeing and one of the staff saw us. Then I came back to the hotel a couple of hours later and there were two staff, the same one that saw us in the morning and a new one. As I was going up the stairs the new staff barked something in Serbian or Montenegrin. I didn't think it was for me so I continued. Then he barked again in English "Excuse me, where are you going?" This was so rude. I told him that I was going back to my room. This is totally unacceptable behaviour, especially because the other staff was there and he knew I was a guest of the hotel. But what makes it even worse: half an hour later my partner also returned to the hotel, and the SAME THING happened again. The same staff also barked at him, "excuse me, where are you going?". This spoiled our stay in this hotel and we will never return here, and do not recommend other people to stay he. If you are so afraid that a non-guest comes inside the hotel, then implement some sort of system where the front door can only be open with the room key or with a code. This would prevent awkward situations like the one I described.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely old building beautifully restored within the old town walls. Very welcoming especially Malo on reception....lovely breakfast on the balcony and quiet room. Really enjoyed our stay would recommend
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful old classic hotel with elegant marble stairs & gorgeous breakfast room. Views from bedroom balconies onto old city main square. Delicious full breakfast.
Cons: No elevator to 2nd floor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I thought the place was fantastic. Great position, beautfully restored, great atmosphere to the place, very clean and full of character. Fantastic and generous buffet breakfast included, with great service. A special mention about Mateo, the young man at reception, who couldnt be more helpful. He was very pleasant, polite and professional...a real asset to the hotel! Overall great value for money.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: We liked the atmosphere of the hotel (a specially the staff and tour guide) and the view. The live musician on wednesday and friday was excellent. The wide variety of breakfast is the best we ever had. From pancakes to bacon eggs. Everything a humanbeing needs.
Cons: A small thing: maby bigger sheets on the bed.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in the junior suit. Room was beautiful and cleaned daily. All of the staff in the hotel from the receptionists to the waiters to the guy managing the beach area were all so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was fantastic! The view from the outside seating area is absolutely stunning. The beach area is very well maintained just make sure to reserve the sunbed area you want, but as this is a small hotel and it’s a private beach area there is always a sunbed free... you really only book to get the best vantage point for the sun if you are a total sun worshipper :) The food here was great, there is a nice serve yourself breakfast area with cold meats, cheeses, cereals fruit and pasties. There is also a hot breakfast menu included. We tried a few items and loved each one. For dinner and lunch there were many options from the menu, no complaints at all, food was all very good and very reasonably priced. An unknown perk is that they will do your laundry for free... just be sure to leave a nice tip to thank the staff for doing this for you. We will definitely be back again and we wished we had booked for longer. Tip... when getting taxis from town be sure to go with a taxi company recommended by the hotel or Red taxi. A taxi to or from the old town in kotor for two people should be around €10 and no more we had one guy try to charge us €18 on our last night so confirm the price when you get in.
Cons: Zero complaints! :) fantastic stay
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Hotel is located in the center of the Old Town, close to the important points. Room was big and clean. People at the reception and servers at the breakfast were kind and helpful.Breakfast was tasty. I highly recommend this hotel.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is excellent, service very friendly. The breakfast is great (even though juices should be freshly squeezed).
Cons: Is difficult to avoid that the shower spread water to the bathroom.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location in the heart of the Old Town. We loved the breakfast and special thanks to Nataša!
Cons: We wish there was a swimming pool! A little uncomfortable getting from reception to the room through backyard that connect kitchen with restaurant.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Our room was furnished beautifully. It was classy and the staff tried to please small requests like wine openers and wine glasses. Slept very well.
Cons: No coffee in room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely large room in centre of the old town with good breakfast.
Cons: Nothing
5.8 Okay
Pros: Unfortunately if you’re on 1st floor, room is too noisy to appreciate good location, nice room and breakfast ok
Cons: Hotel is in top of a restaurant with music until around midnight. After midnight you have the noise of waiters talking in front of your door and from around 6am the same to prepare breakfast. WiFi is bad.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast, location, and staff were all fantastic. The room was large and airy and my husband highly enjoyed the fantastic cable package.
Cons: The wifi signal was a bit weak. I had purchased an unlimited data sim card for Montenegro and ended up using that and creating a hotspot for my husband most of the time. Also, the bed was in a small loft area, which is fine, but we had to be very careful not to hit our heads on a low beam when trying to leave the bed area and were unsuccessful a couple of times.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel, with a great location, right in the middle of town. The hotel looks like it has been recently completely modernized. Great breakfast served on a pretty outdoor terrace.
Cons: The loft had an odd bedroom... in the room’s attic that required climbing over the foot of the bed to get into it. It can be a bit noisy, at night, especially on a weekend.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A stunning hotel, situated in the heart of the old town. We stayed in a large attic room, with the bed on a mezzanine floor above. All the staff were really friendly and the breakfast was immense! I can thoroughly recommend staying at the Villa Duomo.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very unique and in a traditional building in the old town area of Kotor. The view over the neighbouring piazza and the cliffs behind the town was wonderful. Its location in the heart of the Old Town was ideal to go exploring. The neighbourhood of the hotel is quite lively and loud until around 11pm but frankly this is to be expected in such a resort. The room was very nicely furnished and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was nice, being served al fresco on a shaded terrace. The hotel's staff very very friendly, helpful and more than accommodating to our requests. I would love to go back there again.
Cons: Nothing.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: All staff and the management were smart, hotel is middle of all in.
Cons: we had reservation with dinner included. The menu with steak did not informed us as a pork steak ,so we did not eat our main course.

Pros: Staff were very nice. Room was big, lots of space.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Small colonial style hotel in old town Kotor Montenegro, neat, organized, very well located within the old town, good dinner and breakfast, good service, we have felt very comfortable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is just in the centre of the old town of Kotor. Private, free of charge parking is located 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Hotel staff was very helpful from very begging offering to keep our kids scooters on the ground floor in the office, then we were offered free of charge additional room for our kids on the other side of the hotel due to expected loud music from the local bar, after all we had a free of charge drive by electric car with our luggage from the hotel to the parking outside the city walls. Breakfast was great.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The room was lovely, the location perfect, the bed comfortable, and the staff very friendly. It's also good value for money, getting half board with our room.
Cons: The hotel is situated next to some sort of club (not the Jazz club, that was brill), that played loud thudding music until late at night. Also, the shower leaked all over the floor!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel in perfect location. The room is very comfortable with excellent facilities. The staff very kindly. Good breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful decor. Massive comfy bed. Lovely, friendly staff. Perfect location.

Pros: Location of hotel and wonderful top floor suite (Iota)
Cons: The kitchen was not functioning, for hot food, during our stay and therefore we could not have breakfast their either morning of our stay. We were told we could not use Amex to pay our bill after which another staff member told us that we could have.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Quirky large suite. Lovely views to both bay and city walls although no balcony in our suite. Helpful staff.
Cons: Couldn’t see a sauna as advertised on the site.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location is exceptional in the old time. We had the room right at the top which meant that we had no street noise despite being in a very busy area. Our view was out over the old walls and over Kotor Bay which was incredible. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome immediately.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Upscale small and very nice hotel, inside—but not far from —the entrance to the walled city. Very nice and helpful staff! Delicious dinner and breakfast at the restaurant.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best location, fantastic view, courteous staff and parking privilege at a public parking lot within 5 min walking distance. Plenty of HOT water there and never ran short as it was noted in earlier reviews, I meant even with extended showers that we took... Oops LOL hope hotel management doesn't mind. Overall a wonder stay that we will remember for many years to come.

Palazzo Radomiri - Kotor - Building

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great stay, wonderful location, property is very well maintained and taken care of, service very good, highly recommended. We would stay here again !
4.6 Okay
Pros: The house was very individual and the outlook from the pontoon was beautiful
Cons: There are many stairs and no lift so if you are in an Attic room you have to hump suitcases up 5 flights of stairs. We are both in our middle sixties and despite being quite fit, struggled. We were not offered any assistance at all. The attic room was big but only had two velux windows so was not conducive to sitting in. The bathroom was tiny with no storage at all for our toiletries and the shower had a curtain not a glass panel. On top of that it required micro adjustments to the shower itself to get an even temperature this was very disappointing.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The view. The jetty. Where the hotel was.
Cons: The staff. Especially the "owner/manager" dude who served us with a cigar in his hand. His manner when we asked him about "his" vegan food sign. Oh no. He didnt understand vegans. Annoyance was the word that springs to mind. The wallpaper that made us dizzy in our room (thats not a joke). The smallest bathroom (not the end of the world but you asked what we didnt like) It was overpriced. €8 for a shot of JD. The one night stay to be honest, was not worth what we had paid. "Boutique" it was not. Think Mr & Mrs jones, not Mr & Mrs Smith. We had stayed the night before in such a wonderful place with a wonderful host for €50 euro cheaper. The behavioir of the other staff. Confused or dazed by a question. The 1 mushroom we had on our plate at breakfast when we had asked to have no meat. Would have been just a nice gesture to add at least one more mushroom. The fact that we kept being told to go "ask the owner guy" for a drink etc as if noone else served, to then not be able to find him cos he was in fact sunbathing on the jetty. In general we would have forgone the other little things we mentioned. But the energy and manner of the owner/manager guy, was quite intollerable. To top it off when we went to see if anyone else had noticed this in reviews, we were met with confirmation that other people had found this to be a problem too and it unfortunatley made our very short stay a bit of a sore point in our honeymoon to see that the staff (whoever replied to very fair reviews) could be so rude and facetious. A shame really.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Unfortunately only one day in Palazzo at the end of our trip to Montenegro, but it was a highlight. Super friendly staff, immaculately clean rooms, beautiful decor and most importantly really unique views. Yoga in the morning meant an early wake up call, but we have managed it and it really made our day. Anna does a gentle flow, but it gave us a lot of energy. Together with a great filling breakfast, we were ready to go home!
7.5 Good
Pros: we had a nice room as they had upgraded us but unfortunately they were closing for the season so we felt that we couldn't really take advantage of sitting outdoors and the place seemed a bit dead
Cons: the breakfast was not uptown the same standard as you would expect in a place like this and there was just not enough buzz about the place
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The lovely area/surroundings Best view ever ! Wow ! Best sunset Great place to swim or paddle Great yoga
Cons: Room is a bit small (but has a great view) Breakfast could be served in the patio (rather than in closed dark room), the patio being great area to chill Between B&B and hotel feeling
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel, beautiful location and staff couldn’t be more helpful
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful villa in quite part of the city. Very friendly staff. Thank you for your hospitality.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This little place has a great vibe to it. Thick stone walls and fortress-like architecture... makes you feel like you travelled back in time. The setting is incredible; check out the photo of their dock I took at sunset. Great food, friendly staff, walking distance to Kotor. Loved every minute of my stay.
5.8 Okay
Cons: Unfriendly owner.. pool unusable.. restaurant not appealing.. poor response to maintenance issues.

Pros: Nice and fresh studio
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It is a quiet place close to a lot of points of interests. The host family is just lovely, they treated us with lovely cakes made by the grandma and also with fruit and veg from their own garden. The apartment was new, spotless clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay there!! Thank you, Ioanna!
Cons: The only thing we missed a little bit was a microwave...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room, the hosts and the location were all lovely. Everything exceeded my expectations. The place is very intimate and quiet. The nearest beach (Jaz) is about 15-20 minutes away by car and it's very clean and not crowded. The hosts were very helpful and kind. We had a great experience overall and we'll definitely keep this place in mind when we decide to revisit Montenegro.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: An amazing stay, with wonderful hosts, in a beautiful scenery and a cozy apartment! We loved every minute of our stay! The beautiful garden, the open view, the closeness to all the points of interest while still away from the noise of busy town. The apartment is beautiful, the beds are so soft and comfortable, the bathroom very satisfying and the kitchenette adequate for a basic meals. Overall a beautiful place to stay!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Studio is so nice, what you would expect from a €75 apartment, but this comes at a third of the price. Fresh fruits, flowers, screens, soft bed, brand new airco and spottles nice tiled bathroom. But the best is the kindness of the family, so welcoming. They also gave us home made wine and fresh vegetables from their garden! Beautifull location.
Cons: Own transportation is adviced since most hot spots like Kotor, Budva, Cetinje and Lovcen park can easily be reached by car. We used it as a homebase to visit these spots. Nice restaurants are close to the property by the way.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Highly recommended. Owner was very polite and helpful. Rooms are excelent with nice view of Kotor bay. Private parking. Just 10' ftom Kotor center. In just 1km you can find HDL HyperMarket (trully huge) and Express Restaurant and Cafe for good and cheap food. Thanks a lot Ioanna for this lovely stay.
10.0 Excellent

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The food and service was amazing. We truly loved this hotel and will most certainly come back
Cons: Not an issue for us, but the hotel is at the very top of the hill overlooking the town, meaning lots and lots of stairs to get back from the main town. If you have an issue with stairs, this would not be the place for you
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We had a great experience at Per Astra. The staff is super nice and helpful (for service at breakfast, recommendations,...). The hotel is very cosy, with an amazing view and a nice swimming pool. Location is great: inside Perast (a wonderful village nearby Kotor), on the upper part of the village hence in a very quiet area. Great also to have a parking on premise.
Cons: Everything was perfect except the quality of the bed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: View from terrace was excellent, helpful and attentive staff and a short walk to the centre of the town
Cons: Would try to get a different room next time as we were at the back of hotel and it was a bit gloomy, but we had suspected this when booking. Dont be put off as there is plenty of better things to do in the area than sit in the room!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and beautiful setting. A short walk from the main promenade of restaurants. Secure parking on site. The views of the bay from the terrace are beautiful. Nice clean pool although it is quite small. The restaurant menu has plenty of choice and drinks can be served by the pool/on the terrace. The hotel will provide towels to take to the beach.
Cons: The bedroom and bathroom were large and pleasant but could do with updating. The staff were helpful when you asked for something but they could be more attentive.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing room, Nikola was very nice, food was great, the breakfast was delicious.
Cons: Location is above most of places in town, view was great.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The service is great! Breakfast is amazing! Views are very peaceful
Cons: Nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: Amazing staff, nice pool and view of the lady of the rocks.
Cons: Not very good quality breakfast, toilet seated behind the sink making it hard to access and room windows looking out at the alley with passing people.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is lovely. On arrival the lovely receptionist Melissa was amazing she could see we had a long journey and did everything that she could to settle us quickly. The pool side area is lovely, swimming whilst looking out of the bay - pure bliss The waiting staff at the resturant arre very attentitive but not too attentive they know when to give you space. The food at the resturant is delicious and very competitively priced with other options in Perast - have the prawns with roasted veggies or the club sandwich
Cons: I will say the room did have in the evenings the occasional semll of drain but IT DID NOT BOTHER US. We just closed the bathroom door. The place is to lovely to turn down for this

Pros: Great location and views. On site parking Lovely breakfast with great staff
Cons: Small pool and number of sun loungers for the size of the hotel. Room overlooking pool had little privacy. Few facilities for a 4 star at this price

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Relaxing hotel with excellent location in Dobrota. Everybody in the hotel were friendly and welcoming. Beach is just downstairs. Also small outside pool, jacuzzi, 2 saunas and small gym. Excellent breakfast. We were very happy to stay here!
Cons: Room was small with no proper space for the luggage. Warning not to bring any alcoholic beverages to hotel under the risk of fine.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The place is amazing! Location is perfect, rooms are spacious and very clean, breakfast is VERY tasty, the views around the hotel are breathtaking.
Cons: It was our honeymoon and when I made the reservation on the booking.com I asked to give us the room with the best view (we booked the Executive Double Room with Sea View). I was very upset when we walked in and I saw that most of the view from our balcony was covered by two palm trees and a huge tree on the side. Room 202 is the only sea view room that has VERY little sea view, so I would not recommend it at all. When I asked to swap the room they told me it is not possible although the room next to us was still free and no one checked in yet. It may be a very little thing but it ruined our stay as we couldn't sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunset in privacy as we hoped.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Room 203 was so noisy at night as the room isn't insulated so you can hear everyone walking in from the entrance and all going on in reception. The air conditioning unit in our room was quiet for the first hour it is on and then it starts rattling very noisily so we had 2 sleepness nights. The manager tried to tell me this wasn't the case despite me having taken a video of it! They weren't willing to remove anything from our bill as a goodwill gesture either which I'd have thought they'd have done at the very least for 2 nights of very disturbed sleep. Instead we got given a bottle of cheap prosecco and told we'd get a discount if we came back which lets face it, isn't what you want.
7.9 Good
Pros: Very beautiful and stylist. Amazing view from the terrace over the ocean and Mountains!
Cons: The tuna salad made us a bit sick. Had to pay for it anyway. Smaller facilities than expected and the hotel was not located as seperate from other buildings as it seems on the photos.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing servive, food, rooms and spa
6.7 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good and rich in variety Rooms were always clean, Personnel was nice despite the fact that they did not accommodate our request for 30 mins late check-out, Location is very nice, quite and tranquil
Cons: The restaurant was way and way overpriced. They charge EUR 3/person couvert + 10% straight service charge (i.e. tip). The customer shall be able to decide whether the service is worth of tips or not. It cannot be mandatory. Thus if you eat EUR 50m for lunch or dinner, you pay EUR 6 for couvert + EUR 5 for sercive charge, thus you pay 61, 22% more than what you consumed! This is unreasonable. Even if you buy 2 scoops of ice-cream for your kid at the beach, they charge you 10% service fee, for what 2 mins to put the ice-cream in a plate and bring??? I really felt they are trying to rip off their customers. We had just 1 lunch and 1 dinner out of our 4 nights stay at the hotel. The restaurant and food/beverage service in the beach is one of the worst in terms of value for money. They position themselves as upscale boutique hotel but there is noting (except a small bottle of Henkell and very small plate of fruits at check-in) complimentary in the room (water or coffee). What kind of an upscale hotel doesn't provide 2 bottles (EUR 0.9) complimentary for customer satisfaction? And dont believe them saying that they have a pool. Basically they dont. I believe the pool is 5m x 2m and oval shaped. Thus no swimming at all. Turkish bath in the SPA is not a Turkish bath, just a small bathroom. Overall I believe there are better alternatives at the cost level of Forza Mare.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were exceptional, the entire menu delicious, and the hotel had everything we could have asked for.
Cons: Hire bikes could possibly do with an upgrade (very minor but this is all I have to mention!)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good location and excellent facilities.
Cons: The room -202 - was directly adjacent to reception, which felt far from private.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good! Swimming pool, beach, jacuzzi we had it all!

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect. Right on the lake and close to restaurants . Very picturesque. Excellent value for money. WiFi was good. Room was large and very clean.
Cons: The sun beds could have benefitted from cushions, or even towels provided for outside would have good. The cleaner left the windows open all day, we guessed to keep it cool.
6.3 Good
Pros: Very nice location, have a beach free, nice personal
Cons: I reserved for 6 people and received 2 double beds and 2 very small beds, very uncomfortable. In the kitchen all the dishes very dirty and broken. a nasty smell persists in the bathroom
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice host, small but excellent breakfast, parking spot directly in front of the building, direct access to the ocean.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in the suite at the property, this was an absolutely beautiful room! The building was very old and traditional with with an interesting collection of artifices. Our room opened out onto a patio area where we ate our incredible breakfast. The villa has a beautiful private beachfront area where you can relax and swim in the Adriatic surrounded by breathtaking scenery. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Montenegro!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Family run business and very helpful, always on hand to answer questions. Lovely breakfast. Great location - quiet and right on the lake but with easy transport to the Old Town. Close to a selection of shops and restaurants.
Cons: Cushions for sub beds needed. Larger towels in room needed and towels to be changed for clean ones. More equipment in the kitchenette e.g kitchen bin, sharp knife, kettle.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The size of the room, cleanliness, helpful host and being able to swim right outside the accommodation. The property is perfectly situated for exploring the area, restaurants & shops.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely little town (prcanj) House is beautiful and typical, well located with a large terrasse sun deck over looking the bay Breakfast was simple but very good in a calm backyard Amazing view from the room
Cons: As it’s an old house, the room was hot despite the air conditioning
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location is really nice and the host is very friendly.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nicely located along the bay, with swimming facilities just across the road and a few nice restaurants closeby. There are regular buses going to the old town of Kotor.
Cons: The photo’s of the decor of the room were a bit overpromising - we had a garden view room which was dark and rather small. But everything was clean and functioning, so the place kind of grew on us. According to booking.com breakfast is available, but it wasn't when we stayed here.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The villa is right on the bay with a small area for sunbathing with long chairs. The water is calm and clean. It also has a parking, which was very helpful for us, because after having to go all around the bay on the narrow road to get there we didn’t move the car until the end of our stay. Although the villa is 5 km away from the Kotor old town, there are cheap ways to get there: by bus, by boat or by taxi. The view of the bay is amazing, better than in any photos. It was nice to wake up every morning with it. Alek is a very nice host and very helpful with different trip arrangements and advices. The villa is very nice and has only a few rooms, so you get a cozy feeling. It is clean. The rooms we had were quite big; one was bigger than the other.
Cons: The road passes right in front of the villa, so it is a little noisy at night and early in the morning.

Pros: Awesome staff! Near great walking path and other restaurants. Away from tourists. Beautiful decor and views.
Cons: Poor internet and slow when connected. No place to put toiletries in the bathroom!
7.1 Good
Pros: Good breakfast - Awesome bed
Cons: - The bathroom door wasn't closing anymore - the hair dryer wasn't working - The swimming pool is very small and not very private as all the neighbours could see it - The equipments next to the swimming pool weren't there
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was absolutely stunning. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable with a huge bed. We stayed here for one night for my partners birthday, the staff left balloons in the room and birthday cake and champagne in the spa for us which was a delightful surprise. The staff we extremely friendly and made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was absolutely exceptional! We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Montenegro.
Cons: Most of the beachfront in Kotor is private, it would make the hotel perfect if it could acquire some beachfront in the future.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel was very stylish and clean. The room was big, bed was very good and king size. Bathroom also great. Staff very helpful and kind.
Cons: Only developement to do concerns the portions in restaurang, which could be smaller, but better quality. The minibar had a good selection, but too pricy.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Just wow! Such an impeccably beautiful hotel. The staff could not do enough for us. We felt very welcome. Special thanks to Milka on reception she provided a high standard of service and was friendly and personable.
Cons: It is quite far out of Kotor and the sun beds by the pool don’t get much sun.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were always really helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were very tasty and we also ate at the hotel the first night as well - the quality of the food was excellent. Would definitely recommend as a base for exploring Kotor and the surrounding area - the old town is a ten minute taxi ride away but we often walked into town and back along the waterfront which took about an hour at a gentle pace. The location is much quieter and there were plenty of restaurants along the waterfront to choose from for dinner, lunch or just a drink. Would definitely recommend.
Cons: Nothing! We liked everything.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely decor, friendly and attentive team, beautiful views. Only a quick visit so did not use the pool. Breakfast was good.
Cons: A kettle in the room would be a nice additional touch.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Everything was excellent!! Very nice breakfast!! Hotel staff was very helpful and very kind! Especially Marko!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were really nice & the staff were very friendly and helpful
Cons: The pool area sun beds weren’t positioned so they would get much sun throughout the day
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable with amazingly helpful staff
Cons: Proximity to the road meant that we didn’t open the window. This was not a big issue but given the great views it was a shame.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent food, lovely staff and overall a very lovely place to stay with fantastic views. A good walk to the old town but we preferred being out of town and able to swim in the little beach. They organised our tours both of which were fantastic. It was always kept clean and was clearly well managed.
Cons: It could be better if they showed you a menu of what you could eat for dinner with the half board option like they do for breakfast as it wasn't clear. The room was also a bit noisy possibly from the water system but it didn't bother us too much. It was well sound proofed from outside noise and sun and had a good AC system to keep the room cool.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very delicious anf food at restaurant for dinner too. Bech was across the street. Nice rooms.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly staff. Charming place and location. Breakfast and food exellent.

Pros: Our room had a super view and balcony, it was spacious and comfortable. The staff is lovely and the food is amazing. The beach is just 2min away from the hotel. We are so happy that we chose Bokeljeski Dvori :)
7.5 Good
Pros: Location, view & friendliness of staff.
Cons: Rooms 3 & 7 : the blinds to bathroom was broken & didn't shut, so there was no door, a/c in room 3 leaked on the balcony, sloping ceiling in room 7 needed hazard warning on it, as kept hitting head because it was all one colour...Breakfast needed more cereal choices.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location was great. Staff were very helpful and kind.
Cons: Hotel was a bit old. You have to take a bus, a taxi or take you car to go to the old town.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, good food and the beach is not crowded.

This hotel features 700 square feet (65 square meters) of event facilities. 8.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful and stylish decor throughout. We had lots of space as well as two bathrooms. Comfortable memory pillows. Interesting objects and arfefacts throughout the building. Great terrace where we really enjoyed our breakfasts. Excellent range of food on the menu, stunning views and the best waiter ever. Nice touch with welcome drinks on arrival. Excellent location.
Cons: The rooms felt really luxurious when we first arrived but but there were a few things that we discovered during our stay. Our rooms were dark which meant we had to have lights on even during the morning. There were two TVs but the service was slow/ unreliable and of the vast amount of channels, the only ones suitable for us were news channels! (we came on holiday to get away from the news!). Finally, we found the rooms a little noisy at night. Being on the first floor we could hear people in reception as well as noise from bars below through the windows.
6.7 Good
Pros: Stylish modern comfortable rooms, we had 2.
Cons: TVs didn't have any signal so couldn't use them, wires and boxes hanging out from behind. Air con in one room was insufficient. Lots of little niggles like loose toilet roll holder, loose electric sockets, loose tiling in shower. Very noisy neighbourhood.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is abslolutely lovely. Great location, breakfast and staff.
Cons: The pub makes your sleep disrurbed. Not the hotel's fault.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast on the roof top - allow time to enjoy a served breakfast (versus the usual rushed glutinous hotel buffet). This was special - sitting in the crisp morning air served by a waiter in crisp white shirt ...overlooking centuries old buildings!
Cons: Some at front desk were friendly others a bit haughty - this may be a cultural thing or they are just exhausted with tourists and it’s hard to keep smiling when your own life is quite hard (as it often is here).
7.5 Good
Pros: Everthing was perfect.
Cons: Did not like the location. The pub near the hotel makes your sleep disturbed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, very nice rooms, amazing rooftop terrace, good choice of à la carte breakfast
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The stuff, and the room absolutely brilliant. You are in the center of Kotor in an old building that is new inside. Really lovely.
Cons: The rooms are pretty expensive and yet they charge additional parking, unnecessary to my opinion. The breakfast is ok but could be better. Also you should know there is a pub downstairs and it will be hard to get to sleep before 2 am. All and all it would be a perfect ten if the price were around 30% cheaper at least.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very welcoming, staff were friendly. The breakfast was super. Definitely recommend the hotel rooftop for a drink! The bed was comfy and it had a very nice shower.
Cons: The hotel is next to a very loud bar that plays music until 1am every night. However, it seems every hotel you could stay in in the old town would have this problem. You would have to stay outside of the old town to avoid this. Not the hotel's fault really.
7.1 Good
Pros: The suites (because we were in two of them!) were original and different to the usual chain hotels. The Serbian waiter is a true asset to the hotel and was always friendly and efficient. I hope the management recognize this.
Cons: Despite requesting a quiet room on the booking.com form the suite we booked was anything but. It would have been nice if the Hotel had read this on booking and recommended a different suite to the one originally chosen. For the price per night you would expect better. We did move room for the last three nights (out of seven days) and it was darker but fine. In this sort of hotel I have never been asked before if we require ear plugs! The problem was a pub directly outside our room. However, having spent a night at the on-site hotel at Manchester airport prior to flying we experienced no noise. It was disappointing that this hotel had not sound proofed the rooms. Be aware Kotor is awake until 1am, 2am, 4am... If you want to experience the old town and appreciate some history think carefully when you visit.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location! Gorgeous boutique property with only 11 rooms. Nice roof top terrace for food n drinks. The staff are top notch. Tanya will take care of everything you need. Very very special mention to Phillip, one of the servers. Heart of gold and salt of the earth. So wonderful to see his smiling face every morning at breakfast. The hotel is absolutely lovely and perfectly renovated with the old architecture not forgotten. Very rich interiors and extra large rooms with very nice bathrooms. Our favorite so far! Well done Hippocampus. Thanks for a great stay! Must eat at Knoba Trpeza. BEST in ALL of Kotor. Skip Galion and go there.
Cons: Nothing! Everything you’d love in a UNESCO heritage town while staying in luxury.

Pros: Quiet location, yet only minutes from the old town. Excellent location for buses in and out of Kotor too. And for a jog along the bay towards Precanj in the morning. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Breakfast was a bit perfunctory.
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice place, 30 seconds away from old town and port. Decent comfortable room + a nice size balcony with some chairs. Quiet. Breakfast ok, nothing special.
Cons: I asked for a quiet room which i got but that meant it was at the back so the view was a carpark and an abandoned building which was disappointing but i did request it....
5.8 Okay
Pros: Very good location. Clean enough.
Cons: Rude staff on the reception. Quite noisy from the street. The hotel has parking but you will never find it. The staff on the reception said 3 different versions where is their parking, seemed like they don’t know themselves it. Fortunately there big free parking nearby which you can use.

Pros: The shower was amazing. Breakfast was beyond our expectation. Location was perfect.
Cons: Truly nothing. A great stay

Pros: A very enjoyable stay at a well-run hotel. Some early morning disturbances could easily have been remedied if the hotel manager himself slept one night in room 12-13!
