Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near public transport and local attractions, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. Many appreciate the breakfast, especially the option to have it delivered to the room and the variety offered. The hotel is also noted for its good value for money. However, several guests mention issues with cleanliness, such as unclean rooms and lingering odors, and some point out that the building and facilities are old or in need of renovation. Noise insulation is also a common concern, with reports of poor soundproofing affecting sleep quality.
