Cons: This is misleading hotel, worst experience. I want to cancel the reservation after I checked the room, they told me I could not. I should have cancelled no matter what. I can't believe the family room has porn channel without warning! Non-controllable air condition was too cold and triggered my son's asthma, we had to go to emergency for the treatment.

Cons: Stong odour in the room. The distinctive smell is very unpleasant. I can't sleep well and do not want to stay in the room for long time. It is not smoking smell but come kind of cleansing/ laundry liquid i believe.

Cons: Dimly lit parking area. Some food in buffet breakfast not fully cooked and some were cold. No fruit available and the soy milk was seriously watered down.

Cons: We were a group of friends travelling from the northern part of Taipei to Taichung, participating in a really major bicycle ride event (over 5000 cyclists gathered in Taichung that weekend). Although the room has been booked very long ago, when we check-in, nothing was as arranged. I had to go back and forth the reception, getting things fixed and the staff was less than helpful with bad attitude (living in her own world?). Nearly ruined the whole trip and we would never go back there a second time, EVER.

Cons: The first room they gave us was horrible. The lights were flickering and things in the room were not clean at all. Also the whole setup for the room was just extremely creepy. The vibe was just wrong. When we asked the front desk to switch our room, they basically made us pay 800nt more for another room. The second room was slightly better than the first one but still kinda off. We only stayed in the second room for like 3 hours since weird things just kept happening again and again. We had to packed up our stuff and left because we were terrified.
