Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests had a highly negative experience, mainly due to the hotel being unexpectedly closed upon arrival, lack of prior notification, and unresponsive or unavailable staff. Some reviewers also mentioned issues with breakfast, WiFi, and cleanliness, though a few highlighted positive aspects like location and friendly staff. Overall, the negative experiences far outweighed any positives, with many guests expressing frustration and inconvenience.
