Didn't sample the breakfast. The hotel was a little out of the way for the local restaurants, it took slightly longer to get to those recommended & the map did not give sufficient street names.
The bed room furniture was a little tired and in need of an up date. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

The staff was very nice, always smiling and trying to be helpful. The room was clean and you could see that they really gave their interest in setting the towels, sheets,stuff in the bath, candy on the pillow and other, even if the building is rather old.
It was a bit far from the city center, but for that price you couldn't find better for Oktoberfest.

It was the cheapest option of room for 3 adults in July. I paid ~140 Euro for 1 night.
No air conditioning. That is not ideal in the summer.
