Pros (+) Location - great for Cotswolds, Warwick and Stratford Upon Avon. Set in wonderful parkland grounds Staff very nice/helpful Public areas very nice
Cons (-) Spar and bedroom was tired. In particular Spar changing room where cracked tiles, rotten wood on lower half of door frame. Food average

Cons (-) I was specting the twins to come out at the end of hallway in any minute! It is an old hotel in the middle of nowhere.
