Pros (+) Loved the building ! The decoration and the comfortable bed! Staff in front desk were really nice and helpful! Breakfast was ok.
Cons (-) A coffee machine in the room and maybe comply water would’ve been nice . The waiters of the “bistro” were not the best... very rude ! Hospitality in a hotel starts from front desk and all staff serving the different spaces ... so a waiter has to be as kind and nice as the front desk staff.
Pros (+) Traveling solo I was looking for a bargain knowing most of y time would be spent touring. I got a bargain, but you get what you pay for. The room was fine, but was in the basement. Every time a nearby door closed, it slammed and was distinctly audible. The walls overall are paper thin, don't expect to have a private conversation. Pros (+) Great location and historic building. No gym though. Breakfast mediocre but you can easily find alternatives around.
Cons (-) The sun shields were broken, we could not sleep well because of all the light coming in an they only fxed it after 2 nights
