Wonderfully friendly staff, great customer service, room was quite and clean.
Check in was a breeze, the staff was very kind and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was new, clean and comfortable. It is near the hotel so some noise was expected. They offered earplugs but the noise did not bother us at all.
My only two suggestions would be better smelling soap and the breakfast buffet food was only so -so.
The room are what brings the guests back not the staff members.

Friendly staff and a clean room. The shuttle driver was early and ready to go at 4 a.m. as promised and the price was right. Will stay here the next time we are in town. They also had continental breakfast for us at 4 a.m.

There was nothing undesirable about this hotel, other than the fact that the ice machines are only on the 1st and 3rd floors, but at least they worked! I wish I could post pictures of the room and breakfast.
Their breakfast buffet was the best we've had a motel! The pool is inside and asslt water pool which we do not care for.
Had a slight problem with our key cards, but it was resolved.
