Late night check in.
Beautiful property. Very friendly staff.
Messages sent to hotel through reservation confirmation email never got there, which made our late check in a bit hectic. There was insufficient bedding for the sofa bed. The main complaint was more about the booking site than the hotel.
Good location by airport. 24/7 airport pick up
No sheets for pullout couch. Called twice. Finally went down to the lobby at midnight. Got sheets. Unacceptable There was a gap around the door to the hall 1/2 to 1inch wide. Every time someone walked by talking (which was often), we were disturbed.....and this happened late at night I would not stay here again
Cleaning staff unfriendliness
The majority of the concierge staff was nice and helpful. Some were not polite and even though communication wasn't impolite, their face expression would say it all and came across as if you were bothering them or made it seem like u were asking for too much. On a good note, the weather was really cold and appreciated how they had hot chocolate for guest and cups with lids. That made it very helpful for me as a mom as my kids were able to have some .
Did not like the cleaning staff. One in particular made a facial expression like she didn't care of my needs. I made the concierge aware and from there don't know but I continued to have issues with getting our room clean. With lil ones, u have to have a clean sanitized rm. Also, even when they clean, u can tell that no effort is placed in making sure it's sanitized as our shower curtain was dirty, underneath the sink was dusty, and I dropped an earring and was able to see that the very bottom was super dirty, hairs, and god knows what else. Overall cleaning, 1 star! I also don't think cleaning crew was unhappy with us due to that we would always step out the rm past 12pm and would let them know that they could clean and of course they wouldn't say yes or no and would give me a stare like "whatever". On one occasion our rm wasn't cleaned! My experience wasn't what I would have expected from a Hilton.
Close to the airport, easy check in and check out. The bath products were great!
The facilities are VERY old. They do not match the photos online. Everything is painted dark brown with old fashioned wood decor. Very uncomfortable and I had a hard time sleeping. I was also sleeping next to the ice machine and walls were incredibly thin. (again, old)
Nice Meet Up Spot
I love convent it was to the terminals and surround by hotels and restaurants and taxi available if need anytime, also shuttle service to airport every 15mins...it took me less than 3mins to check out and go outside to wait for the shuttle 7mins then get to the airport in 5mins.
$10 to park a night, the closet is small, the iron didn't work, the bathroom corner needs to be clean better maybe taken a vacuum cleaner to clean out the edges. The Queen size bed is on the small size.
Upon arrival we were immediately assisted by Oscar from the door entry, over to the check in counter, and to our room. He was a fabulous assistance to me as I had two suit cases and husband in wheel chair. Also your restauant staff was exceptional to all guests in the dining room. We definitely will stay with you again.

The parking process was not very good. My card never worked to open the gate. Also, I thought the resteraunt was slightly over priced bases on the quality of food.
