Pros (+) Proximity to my destination.
Cons (-) The remote control didn't work properly and the staff was indifferent about it.....the shower drain was backed up.

Pros (+) Besides being clean and the location great for me, I love the fact that this is the only hotel in the Bay area that has SMOKING ROOMS. Doesnt mean much to some but I appreciate this and the fact you can still find a clean and safe hotel with this feature.

Pros (+) Friendly staff, the breakfast was good, the tv was nice. Parking was perfect!
Cons (-) The water to the shower was hot only about a tenth of the time. The rest of the time it was cold. When we called to report the water, the front desk said to let it run longer. We did and it only got colder. You could hear everything through the walls. The chair at the desk was broken.

Pros (+) Traveled from Fresno area to Uber drive for thanksgiving week and the location is perfect! Close to airport and close to city. Room was huge for the price and clean and comfortable. Staff was cool and friendly even asking if I was hungry and suggesting places to eat. Freeway access is a breeze and gas stations nearby even a Costco gas station! Next time I drive in Bay Area this is the place I hang...
