Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access public transport, attractions, and amenities. Cleanliness was consistently highlighted, with many describing the rooms and hotel as spotless and well-maintained. The staff received frequent compliments for their friendliness, attentiveness, and helpfulness. Breakfast was often described as delicious and varied, though a few guests noted limited options. However, some guests mentioned issues with noise, particularly from other rooms or the street, and a few found the rooms small or lacking natural light.
