Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests highly appreciate the hotel's friendly and attentive staff, convenient location, and spacious, clean rooms. Many reviews mention positive experiences with the service, including helpful reception and restaurant staff, as well as thoughtful gestures like upgrades and accommodating dietary needs. The location is frequently described as excellent, with easy access to Sorrento and beautiful views. Cleanliness is generally well-regarded, though a few guests noted areas for improvement. Room size is often highlighted as a positive aspect. However, breakfast quality receives consistent criticism for lacking variety and not meeting expectations for a five-star hotel.
