Pros: Staff were just super super polite and helpfull, unbelievable. The breakfast was out of this work, tasteand quality was top-chief level. The beat location in Sochi by far, the hotel location is the center of Sochi itself. The room view is enough reason to visit Sochi, a must see before you die. The Spa on the 16th floor, ohhh, increadible.

Cons: Abselotly nothing, no cons at all. And I've been to a lot of hotels, a lot! This one is the best.

Pros: Rooms are well furnished and nice overall (save for the minibar fridge - see the "negative" side of the review. Staff is polite, well trained and fairly efficient.

Cons: Let me start by saying that staff tried hard to make us comfortable. But there were three issues at this hotel that they were not able to fix, and they are VERY unusual for a property that claims to be 5*. First, the minibar fridge emits noticeable noise. A technician admitted that this is a design problem which exists in all rooms and not just in our room. The only way to fix the noise problem was to turn the minibar off. So you have to choose between the noise and your chilled drinks. The problem is apparently so well known to the technical staff at the hotel that they have fitted a special switch on top of the minibar for guests to turn it off. Second is the process of getting access to the minibar. Upon arrival the minibar is locked. You have to call housekeeping to get it opened. The hotel only allows access to guests who pay a security deposit. Now, paying security deposits at 5* property is what you expect to do anyway, and we were happy to pay it at check in. But it seems that this property frequently admits guests without a security deposit and preserves its minibar stock from being abused by just locking it up. The practice of admitting guests without security deposit and locking up minibars may be OK for 4* hotels and lower categories, but I have never seen anything like this at 5* properties. So thumbs down for this one. The last disappointment came from the check in process. I will say upfront that it had nothing to do with the hotel as such. It turned out that Russian residents (like us) have to present local passports upon arrival to prove their region of registration within Russia. We carried international passports. In the end we got checked in, but the process of searching for the local passport number was quite unpleasant. The manager told us that the authorities require hotels to collect these data in order to establish whether guests are liable to a tourist tax of 10 (ten!) Roubles (10 eurocents). Can you imagine such a waste of resources?...

Pros: Big comfortable rooms. Fantastic bed and bed linen. The sauna and the pool are open 24 hours a day which is very unusal - I like to go swimming and then to the Sauna at 6am and this was the only place where it was feasible. Great view. Wonderful breakfast. Just awasome.

Pros: The apartment is a very good value for money and location. Right on the promenade and very close to some amazing restaurants. The room is big, clean, light and bed is very comfortable. It is my 4th stay there now and I will keep coming back. Good apartment style living.

Pros: Apartment size, 3 toilets, spacious kitchen combined with dining and living room, comfortable beds, can't beat the view, clean, tidy, uncluttered, kitchenware, utensils, laundry machine, good water pressure, ability to control air-conditioning.

Cons: Night club noise from the beach, having to pay for beach towels, chaise-lounges, and umbrellas extra $25 a day for 3 people, 11 flights of stairs down to the beach, 168 steps total, which was a nightmare for elders, no access to the elevator at the hotel nearby, had to ask 3 times for clean towels after 3 days of stay, rocky beaches tough on feet.

Pros: Everything was great. TV has music channel with local caucuses music, we really liked this. Can't comment on breakfast or spa facility as we didn't use it. Unfortunately there is huge constriction is going on (next door big building is rising up) and if you are looking for quite atmosphere then this place is not for you. This is not hotel fault. Hotel is located up the heal, you will need to walk up the hill from the main street. Location is close to Circus. Paid by card no problem. They allowed us to stay till 6 pm for additional cost, which was great as our plane was very late at night. Thank you! Yes, I will recommend this hotel.

Pros: hotel direct on the beach, modern, rooms are spacious. Take rooms with seaview. Restaurant is OK , good food, good service, good standing, a little bit pricy but it is everywhere like this in Sochi. We tested many restaurants, this one is prefered.

Pros: Hotel is super clean. Black sea view and sea waves sound was a blessing. Large balcony and large, full of air, studio next to reception. Room cleaning service was daily and early. Thanks to the people who took care of that. When we were coming back every afternoon we found room clean and refreshed. Noise from the bathroom's flushing mentioned in another reviews was nothing, because we figured it out. It was grounder to protect plumbing from being plugged with unwanted items. I hope it keeps the sea from overwhelmed hotel's waste. It makes sounds only if you turn water on. Otherwise it was quiet. Hotel's location was literally on the sea. Hotel price balanced with the season and location on the sea. Furniture is simple, but look like new, beds were comfortable. And everything was like you expected in 3 star hotel: homey and clean. Little kitchenette had everything to cook or warm up something simple. We enjoyed our studio's bath tub instead of a shower. We enjoyed every moment in this hotel. Circus is next door and it had a great show all summer long. Strongly advice you to visit it in the time of your hotel stay. I want to mention the reception girl with name Olga. She was nice and helpful and super sweet. Rest of the girls needs to be more friendly and helpful. When you return your beach towels they order you to bring it in weird location behind the curtains. Instead it should be a nice basket in a convenient location for returning a dirty towels. Taking deposit for the towels could solve the problem of signing it in and out, which is not convenient nor for the hotel guests nor for the reception. We didn't hear any of that much noise mention with another quests from restaurants or people. Hotel was very quiet in all nights we stayed there. I felt in love with that place.

Cons: Even I fully enjoyed to stay in Sanremo hotel also it is a lots of space for improvements to be the best of the bests. It could be nice to have - ATM machine inside hotel -laundry room (chargeable is OK) -Ice making machine (foreign tourists suffer badly without the daily water with ice in it)))) It is not only this hotel but all hotels in Russia kind of ignoring foreign tourist's habits and needs, therefore I wish you the best in your business and therefore would like to inform you what will , tourists like us, make to come back to your place again and again.

Pros: Good location, 5 minutes from Dendranni Park, 10 minutes from beach. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Breakfast not amazing but ok.
