Cons: No swimming pool included as shown in all the pictures of a hotel. About bathroom. Shower head needs to be changed as it seems old . Water from shower floats everywhere on the floor. Beds are not comfortable. Not enough staff. We asked for laundry service and they request to bring a bag full of dirty clothes all the way down to reception. It’s so unacceptable for 4 star hotel. Same it was for a pick up of clean laundry. Not suitable for long stay

Cons: Breakfast was poor, limited choice would deserve hotel rating only 3* instead of declared 4* Location is quite uncomfortable - on the busy road with many cars with almost no space for pedestrians and no space for a car to stop, so dropping off or getting into taxi was not comfortable at all. Its also too far from the beach, so we had to take taxi to get there or walk almost 40 minutes.

Cons: I did not like the food. It's not tasty, not spicy enough, very poor veriaty. No tourist information at all: no flyers, no brochures - the reception tells you to look by yourslef in the internet. The hotel is located on a short hill and public transportation forces you to climb about 200m which is not easy. No shops for buying souvenirs at the hotel. I was amazed at the checkout that they want the payment in cash.

Cons: The breakfast is weak but not bad. Actually i’ve seen first time in my life, some staffs are always sitting on the table which are front of the hotel. They are like boss:) Maybe they are I don’t know! They smoke, listen to the music with high voice, they are like gangs :) This is really disturbing!

Cons: Location, breakfast and WiFi Location - it seems close but it not as I thought it would be, there are no restaurants next to the hotel, at least 15-20 minutes to go to the closest restaurant (to the actual center) Breakfast - to me as a tourist it was tasteless, and not good coffee - I cant even put in words how bad it was Which is ironic since if you order from the menu (ate lunch there) coffee and food it was really good Wifi - I had my mobile data with me which was most of the time the way I used internet I would recommend to find a hotel next to the beach or next to the central station, there are a lot of stores and restaurants.

Cons: The location is not as good as I expected before. You need to climb up everytime when back to the hotel, and not very much restaurants and markets around. Cannot communicate with staff in English, which is not convenient. Room keeping can be better, for example, should increase shampoo and shower gel everyday. What's more, so loud music noise at night, even until midnight, so that I couldn't have good sleep.

Staff here are friendly and helpful, almost everyone can speak English, which is good for communication. Although my room windows just opposite the railway station, the room is quiet at night, so I really had a good sleep. The room is not big but cozy, fully equipped. Very well room keeping. Besides, do not miss the breakfast here !! It's really wonderful !!

Cons: Since the hotel is at the railway station it is definitely not for light sleepers. I constantly woke up from horn sounds of the heavy traffic outside, especially early in the morning. The bed is great but unfortunaly didn't get any sleep at all. The staff at reception on check-in did not warn me about the breakfest fee apart so it was quite a surprise at the morning. The price for the breakfest is quite high for the buffet, fotunately there are some options on the menu for less.

Pros: Perfect location for travelling, just next to the railway station, many restaurants and markets around. Staff here are friendly and helpful, almost everyone can speak English, which is good for communication. Although my room windows just opposite the railway station, the room is quiet at night, so I really had a good sleep. The room is not big but cozy, fully equipped. Very well room keeping. Besides, do not miss the breakfast here !! It's really wonderful !!

I hope it keeps the sea from overwhelmed hotel's waste. It makes sounds only if you turn water on. Otherwise it was quiet. Hotel's location was literally on the sea. Hotel price balanced with the season and location on the sea. Furniture is simple, but look like new, beds were comfortable. And everything was like you expected in 3 star hotel: homey and clean. Little kitchenette had everything to cook or warm up something simple. We enjoyed our studio's bath tub instead of a shower. We enjoyed every moment in this hotel. Circus is next door and it had a great show all summer long. Strongly advice you to visit it in the time of your hotel stay. I want to mention the reception girl with name Olga. She was nice and helpful and super sweet. Rest of the girls needs to be more friendly and helpful. When you return your beach towels they order you to bring it in weird location behind the curtains. Instead it should be a nice basket in a convenient location for returning a dirty towels. Taking deposit for the towels could solve the problem of signing it in and out, which is not convenient nor for the hotel guests nor for the reception. We didn't hear any of that much noise mention with another quests from restaurants or people. Hotel was very quiet in all nights we stayed there. I felt in love with that place.

Cons: My room was not cleaned for 2 days in spite of asking 3 times. 3rd day of my stay room was cleaned and the door was left open whole day with my belongins inside. there was no night lamp in the room, I was not provided even after asking and complaining, I was with my little daughter so we left the light on whole night. I booked two rooms for the same price for my sister and me, but second room was tiny with child sink in the bathroom with no internal door, there was a rear door outside only that feces garden. When I asked why, staff answered that it is standard room rudely. I would never go back to this hotel. Receptionist was also a bit rude not attentive when guest approaches to reception. This hotel ruined my mood and stay in Sochi.

After a long day out of the hotel we returned to the room which had been cleaned, but we had not been left any towels. This is a minor mistake but when we went to reception to ask for towels they could only find one, leaving the other having to use a hand towel, we found it very odd that a hotel could not give us two towels.

Cons: The hotel looks like a lair of a narcissistic maniac: the ultimate lack of taste in interior design, filled with canvas portraits of the owner, walls of his photos and crazy decor like sparkling horses! What is worse, the studios aren’t even part of the hotel, being located in the adjacent refurnished old building. Dump in the shower, beds reeking mould, dark, terrible access, although sky could be seen - whole coupla meters of it from a single point. Impression: not good.

Cons: 1. There is no breakfast and no facilities to eat or drink within the hotel despite the fact that one floor was specifically dedicated for it - but currently is not in use. Instead one can visit some cafes around (but not too close) and there is a small fridge in the room. Not that it was too inconvenient for us, but it restricts that you only have breakfast on the way out to the city. 2. Modern building - but the rooms have old soviet-style furniture, wallpapers, not working loosy electricity sockets etc. Not a big problem perhaps but get your expectations prepared for this!
