Price, staff, cleanliness
The construction of a multistory building was near and roared all day. Old Soviet repair and away from the train station. The room was on the first floor and there was a second glass door to my room from the street. It was hard to find the entrance to the hotel. There are 2 entrances: low and high. Low is better.

Nice old hotel, with a great view of the Black Sea from the balcony. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, despite the language-barrier.
The TV reception was not good for some channels. It would not have been a big issue, but one of the channels we could not watch had the World Cup.
