Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, often highlighting their hospitality and willingness to assist. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern in many reviews, with mentions of dirty rooms, poor hygiene, and maintenance issues. Breakfast is also frequently criticized for being limited or of low quality. While some guests enjoyed the location, amenities, and atmosphere, these positives are often overshadowed by the negatives related to cleanliness and breakfast.
