Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, proximity to the beach, and access to local attractions. However, the majority of reviews express strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and neglected pool areas. Many guests also report negative experiences with service, including unfriendly or inattentive staff and lack of room cleaning. The comfort of beds is frequently criticized, and several reviewers mention issues with pool maintenance. While a few guests enjoyed the atmosphere and appreciated helpful staff, overall, the negatives regarding cleanliness and service outweigh the positives.
