Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were extremely dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, describing the rooms and common areas as dirty, smelly, and poorly maintained, with issues like dust, mold, cockroaches, and stained linens. Many also complained about poor service, unresponsive staff, and misleading photos. However, a few reviews noted the hotel’s good location near public transport and shopping, and one guest appreciated the larger room size and value for money after recent management changes.
