Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city. The staff received frequent compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, and many guests found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. However, a common complaint was the lack of an elevator, with several reviews mentioning the challenge of climbing multiple flights of stairs, especially with luggage. Some guests also noted that the bathrooms were small or lacked sufficient shelving. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was positive, especially for those prioritizing location and service.
