Pros (+) The staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Most had a reasonably good command of English.
Cons (-) My room safe was broken and it took a couple of tries to get a person who understood the problem (language barrier); once accomplished, it was taken care of immediately. Room faced front of the hotel and there were trees outside the window.
