Cons (-) The only problem we had was that at the last minute my son and his girlfriend decided to come in town to stay with us. We had a room with a king bed so we asked to change it to two beds - they refused and were going to make us lose 3 nights of payment to change it because we were booked through Expedia and not them. Pros (+) Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was well planned and comfortable.
Cons (-) The microwave in the food area was not tourist friendly. It had buttons like no other I have ever seen and no instructions. The biscuits were hard and dry, as were the pastries.
