Cons: location so far from Naama Gulf by walking cleaning is not good, ( even the beds ) resturants are closed so early about ghe gym , there are not enough equipments no activities, no parties inside the hotel

Cons: The hotel facilities are functional but old and needs to be updated The style of furniture needs major change since it lacks renovation and maintenance in some instances The pool timing can be extended for night as well but it's not so by the sunset or even little earlier everyone has to leave the room The food variety and quality are very poor considering this a five star hotel The juice variety were awful and having no freshness at all all packaged juices even the mineral water is not provided in bottles at all you have to fetch it in small glasses and keep getting them like this The simple things like Hummus and Mutabbal are not well prepared or maybe mixed with canned products The salads are not appealing for the eye before you start eating and that is the case for most of the dishes The Chairs in the restaurant and the whole hotel in general are old and have no cushions to support your back The reception is not well air-condishioned since the door of the hotel keeps opening and it was bad having waited The elevator of the hotel isn't air - conditioned and some instances it stopped working The way to the reception isn't well lit and no directions showing the way to the reception for the new people it would be hard The infant chairs are not always clean and they are old and all fitted with tray for the child . The Chefs and the servants weren't The business center PCs are old and needs update 2 PCs only with one mouse ! Even this room was sometimes used by some people as a prayer room! Provision of cash was limited so it's better to have your cash ready or check with your bank if your card can withdraw in Egypt .

Pros: My stay at this resort has been amazing! The staff are very friendly and helpful and I have had such a positive experience being assisted by M. Mahran at the reception desk, he is very polite and always willing to go the extra mile. I admire the care shown for the coral reefs by the life guards at the beaches and absolutely enjoyed the different private beaches available to us. The food is delicious and the breakfast was out of this world. I would highly recommend this resort for people with children

Pros: Everything was great. We stayed in the club room, we used regency club. If you want to rest your head you can choose the regency club. Because of our hour of flights; we did early check in and late check out; we paid 100+150 dolars each. We stayed half board; that was enough for us. On the beach; you can drink cold and hot drinks and everyday in the afternoon serving complimentary fresh fruits.

Pros: Amazing location, food quality is quite good, entertainment program is really good. Free shuttle from and to the Airport and Na'ma Bay. Senior reception staff are really friendly and helpful, they have resolved our problem really quick. The SPA facilities was really amazing, the staff are quite professionals. I do visit Sharm El-Sheikh every year and I have stayed in several hotels in Sharm El-Sheikh, but I would really consider this hotel again for my next year holiday. From my experience in the past few years, this hotel is one of the best resorts in Sharm El-Sheikh.

Cons: The junior reception staff are not friendly and they look really unhappy. The Italian Chef at the Pasta Station is quite rude, with no exception all the restaurant's staff seniors and juniors discussing their work problems in the restaurant, which you could tell they are not quite happy, If it's time for the restaurant to close, they get annoyed if the guest still didn't finish their food. It's NOT the guest responsibility to identify any issue with the room, the bathroom wasn't really clean, the bath tube has rust and stains, we didn't use it at all as it might cause an infection. I will upload some photos for the bathroom. I believe the hotel management should consider renewing the bathroom facilities, the light system was quite ordinary. The A/C was really loud, you need to call facilities to adjust the room temperature. quite weird. Swimming pools could be much better, sliding tube needs to be cleaned up.

Cons: Far away from the beach. We have to walk a long path to reach the beach in the sun. And we have to walk about 30 minutes to reach Coffes and restaurants at Neema bay. Food quality isn't that good compared to the price we paid.

Cons: Room service always didn't attend to your orders, the towels wasn't clean and dirty with very bad smell. I think the hotel need to spent extra money to be 5 stars hotel as the restaurant smell and service and the quality of food wasn't achieve our expectations. Once we are talking about Royal name so we are talking about very famous hotel group. It was very bad experience and hope that it will not be repeated.

Pros: the staff is incredibly friendly. especially the waiter in the restaurant, Imad was a fantastic man. all staff were always helpful, smiling and incredibly friendly. The cleaner was incredibly friendly and our room was always clean and nice. Breakfast was not the best, but it was OK: Lunch and dinner were fantastic. We were very happy with our stay in the hotel.

Cons: I didn’t have a great beach , it was okay . They didn’t let any body near the pool at night which was annoying to us . Most important , I felt like they charge a little bit more than they should . It was a bit expensive for what it is .

Pros: Location is perfect , a walking distance from the shops. Staff is really friendly . Food was good and the variety was nice . Reservation management was helpful and fixed my booking professionally . Animation team was awesome and we enjoyed all their shows . Definitely want to go back.

Cons: The half board guest can't take any soft drink, juice or hot drink on the dinner even for children. Strong restrictions from the management. Water is only available while all drinks are available on breakfast !! They said it's hotel system which really bother me and my family during the dinner meal.

Pros: We liked the location, the beach and the facilities. The food in the restaurant was really good with lots of varieties.

Cons: The washroom was not good, very dim, the shower barely had a door and hot water did not work initially. Kind of rusty all over, and had only hand soap pumps instead of complimentary small soaps like most hotels.

Pros: The pool is awesome! The prices of food and drink are fair! The staff is really cool, you received a card to change for a towel to use in the pool or the beach, after you return the towel the person should give you the card back, that’s was not my case, I gave the towel back and nobody gave me my card, when I checked out the receptionist had to charge me 150 egp, I explained what happened and he believed me! Very nice of his part!

Cons: The english of many employees is poor, so you have some issues with communication, that was exactly why I had the issue with the towel, when I gave the towel back I requested the card, but the guy who was there just make the ok signal with his fingers and I wondered “that’s should be enough”!

Cons: The fact that there is no special beach for the hotel so they use LIDO beach which is about 850 m walk from the hotel and the people in lido hotel are so rude as you walked to beach they keep saying this part only for LIDO guests.
