Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to exhibition venues and public transport. Cleanliness is generally well-regarded, with several mentions of fresh towels and well-kept rooms. However, many guests express dissatisfaction with the breakfast options, service quality, and value for money. Issues such as unhelpful or non-English-speaking staff, outdated facilities, and poor internet connectivity are also noted. Despite these drawbacks, the location remains the hotel's strongest asset.
