Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's proximity to Seoul Station, making it convenient for travel and transit. However, many express strong dissatisfaction with the lack of elevators, which makes access difficult, especially with luggage or for elderly guests. Cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several reviews mentioning unpleasant odors and general lack of hygiene. Noise from the surroundings and thin walls also negatively impact the stay for many. Service is reported as unfriendly or unhelpful by some guests. Overall, while the location is a major advantage, significant improvements are needed in facilities, cleanliness, and service.
