Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the station, markets, and downtown, making it very convenient for sightseeing and dining. Many reviewers highlight the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the good value for the price, especially considering the low rates and included breakfast. However, several guests mention that the rooms and bathrooms are quite small, and some note issues with the building's age and cleanliness. Overall, the positives of location, service, and value outweigh the negatives for most guests.

Pros (+) The staff were fantastic, very helpful and always attentive. The location was top-notch located right across the street from Sendai station. Minutes walking distance to practically the entire city…
Cons (-) The Internet was very inconsistent, it must be an older hotel and in need of an update.but this is in no way a reason not to stay, well worth the money.
