Pros: Great location for the town & lake. Indoor pool was good for the kids. Breakfast was brilliant value and served by a lovely lady.

Cons: Bit weird that no one was there to check us in properly. Guests who arrived after us kept asking us for things thinking we worked there as there was no staff all afternoon/evening.

Pros: A beautiful hotel, an Austrian design, very clean and a friendly staff. Good breakfast. Highly recommended.

Pros: This is a lovely hotel in a quiet, yet central location. The apartments are modern and stylish, the view to the mountains fantastic. You have five minute walk to the village with restaurants, shops, bike hire etc etc. The kids loved the indoor pool, and the self-service bar was very convenient. Last, but not least, the warmth and service level of the staff was extraordinary. Thank you!

Cons: For a big family, the breakfast was a bit expensive (but really good).

Cons: Kitchen staff started at 6ish and we could hear them in room 6 but not a deal breaker. We wake early anyway but others may not like.

Pros: The hotel is better than the pictures. The room is very spacious and confortable. The breakfast is delicous and the staff is very friendly. I wish i could stay longer.

Pros: Everything. Room, pool, spa, breakfast, location, and great staff. Just left the Princess Bergfrieden after a very enjoyable stay. The staff were fantastic, with Esmee particularly nice and helpful. The hotel is very comfortable and clean and not too big. Location is 5 minutes walk from the centre of town, very close to the station and opposite the golf course. We had a Superior Double (305) which was very large, with a sitting area, kitchenette and small dining table. Again, most comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Nice selection and ran until 10.30. The pool was excellent. Not huge, but nice temperature and lots of daylight. Also sauna and steam room. All very clean. One note of caution, as is most common here, the spa area was nude!

Pros: Spacious, clean apartmemt with a nice balcony, fully equipped kitchen and so on. Great view of the golf course (room 407). Very friendly staff. Awesome breakfast. Snacks served during the day and an honesty bar with lots of goodies.

Cons: Road that passes by has some traffic but now I'm nitpicking.

Pros: The hotel facilities were excellent, spa area was superb. Staff friendly -loved the owners personal touch . Food excellent every meal was a real treat. Great choice at breakfast Gala night dinner superb as was the special barbecue party. Live music provided a great atmosphere. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Location and views exceptional , panoramic trail worth a look and the walking guide was chatty and informative all included in the package. The half board option included a wellness lunch and cake in the afternoon which was very welcome and made the overall package great value for money.

Cons: Twin room configuration more like a double in a restricted alcove so no great for two adult males sharing.

Pros: Comfortable beds, lovely pool and sauna, perfect to relax after a day on the slopes. Victoria was very helpful arranging a late check in for us when our flight was delayed.

Cons: Bathroom door was glass sliding so didn’t allow for much privacy. Probably not an issue for most but I’m a bit squeamish about bathrooms!!

Pros: Victoria and her mother were very good and helpful hosts. Hotel is small, friendly with good pool in the basement.

Cons: The room furniture is simple, it could be improved. No fridge in the room.

Pros: All staff were friendly and helpful, taking a clear interest in making the stay as enjoyable as possible. The breakfast selection was tasty, fresh and varied daily, with many choices which suggested a personal touch. The spa was a beautiful serene place to relax and unwind after a day out in the cold. Everywhere was kept clean and well maintained.

Pros: A friendly, helpful family run the hotel. Room lovely, with wonderful mountain view and very peaceful, we woke up to bird song. Comfy beds and excellent bathroom facilities. Breakfasts superb, made with real care, we felt at home, the produce was often fresh from their families garden. A relaxing pool, spa and garden with loungers, ideal after a day walking, climbing or cycling. Use the hotel cycle hire, it's cheaper than renting from the town. The hotel has a bowl of homegrown fruit for you to help yourself to and fresh flowers as you step in the door, this sums up the welcome and atmosphere in the hotel. We would love to holiday there again.

Cons: Breakfast is very expensive at 22€ ... I tried it out and was very nice and well presented.... eggs to order, home made jam in a nice environment... but seemed a bit extreme in price

Pros: Away, but not far, from the town centre. Very quiet despite being near the railway line. Apartment was spacious and well equipped with a kitchen. The presence of a kitchen in the apartment was not clear from the booking.com information. Ample open parking with no real need for a private space.

Pros: From the moment I called into hotel. The hair stood on my head. I had been staying in the Eden Hotel. An excellent hotel I e stayed in plenty of times. But this hotel central was the worst. I have several photos to prove to you.

Cons: When I went to me room. At 4 pm. The noise was unbearable. I went straight back down to ask for a change of room. The receptionist was rude. There is nothing we can do. We are fully booked. Lol. She found a small room. Tiny room. Told me that they would try and resolve the room situation later in the week. I have no boots of room 211. The food. I have photos also. First day made me nearly got sick. Second day food was burnt. So I ended up eating in the Eden with my friend.

Pros: We had a room of 35 sqm, very spacious and the living room area is very comfortable. The mattress is superb - probably the best one out of all hotels I have been. The interior of the room is also very modern. Although we are on the ground floor, close to the entrance, the room is very quiet. Wifi is good. Staff at reception and restaurants are very friendly and attentive. We also had a dinner at the hotel-owned Lärchenstube (a restaurant nearby) which has very good quality of food, we would prefer the dinner there to the half-boarding inside the hotel. The hotel has many activities (incl. Yoga) planned for the guest everyday; we follow one of their daily suggestion and discover a pleasant walk/sightseeing in Leutasch.

Cons: The bathroom is rather small, the interior of the bathroom looks rather outdated in comparing to the rest of the room. The rest area around the pool is small, if you go in peak hour, you may not find a chair to lay down.

Pros: The views were absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed our spacious room. The lobby and decor were wonderful. The little adjoining restaurant up the hill was simply a lovely location with warm and friendly service, and the food was very good too. The breakfast staff were also very warm and inviting.

Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable, and the room was very warm even when we opened the windows and door all night when it cooled off outside.

Pros: Very friendly staff, although we booked a simple room, our expectations have been blown away. We booked a massage and were very happy with the service offered. Breakfast was beyond our expectations. We will be back.

Cons: Food at dinner was very poor, not enough choice, fish and chicken was served under cooked. Overall for a 4 star hotel the food was awful. Hotel is quite away from the centre. My husband was ill during our stay, I requested dinner in the room one night as he was not well enough to go to dining room, we were charged 7.50 euros for this! I also requested more pillows as he needed to be propped up in bed, they brought us one small child size pillow!!! No one enquired if we were ok or needed any help knowing I had told reception that we needed a Doctor and my husband had flu. The day before leaving I asked reception to book us a taxi for the airport, the day of leaving with 10 minutes to spare we found that a taxi had not been booked! Luckily for us we were able to get a taxi in time. Staff are unhelpful and need to do their job better, would never go back to this hotel!!!

Pros: the hotel is quietly located just very close to the centre of Seefeld, but in sufficient distance to be in a perfectly calm location. The swimming pool and sauna area are splendid, large and well equipped. Breakfast is excellent, very good fruits, and all possible bread, eggs and so forth. Lärchenhof is certainly worth a longer stay.

Pros: The Breakfast was AAA Location a bit away from the center but there is a busrute (45 min.) and the hotel has a shuttle service in the morning.

Pros: A very classy, comfortable, and price worthy hotel with a wonderful breakfast buffet. The hotel offers a free activity program and I was able to participate in a 2 hr snow shoeing event. Andreas was a fabulous leader and I would highly recommend taking advantage of the offers.

Cons: A 8-10 minute walk uphill may be a concern for some. However, the location was worth it.

Pros: Our stay in this hotel was just amazing. We were satisfied with everything - our spacious room with a spectacular view, the water in the swimmingpool was warm ,which was great after skiing, both spa areas were very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner a lot as well as afternnon cakes. A new design of this hotel is really lovely.

Pros: We spent our honeymoon at the Eden in 1969 and in the meantime, the hotel has been extended and refurbished to a high standard. Also they serve very good food and although this was just an overnight stop, we very much enjoyed our time there. In addition, our car was securely housed for the night free of charge, although possibly in high season there is a 10€ a day charge.

Cons: Check-in was a bit slow as we arrived a few seconds after another family and there was only one young lady on reception. Otherwise nothing to find fault with and we will certainly consider another stay there if we are in the area.
