Excellent location for attractions and walks into the City, quiet neighbourhood. The staff made my daughter(10) feel welcome and included.
Room was great, location was good, laundry and gym facilities were also good and staff were helpful.
Breakfast was very poor quality, glad I didn't eat here for dinner. McDonalds breakfast would have been both better and cheaper.
My group of 4 got a room with two queen beds which suited our needs. Great location, walking distance (about 2 blocks) from the Space Needle and Seattle Center Armory where an event was being held the weekend we stayed. The room had a fridge and microwave which was very nice and helpful. The shower also had a pump for the shampoo, conditioner and soap instead of those tiny little soap bottles which was a nice touch. The lobby was very nice and homey-feeling. Easy check-in and easy directions to the parking garage. The hotel is also very centrally located; not just close to the Space Needle but there are many nearby bars and clubs within 10 minutes driving distance for a night out on the town.
The view wasn't particularly great. There is no pool or complimentary breakfast. The price of $336 for two nights felt expensive for the lack of accommodations, on top of having to pay for the parking garage which is something like $20-$30/day. However, it was a convenient location. The view was nothing great since we did not get the Space Needle view. I am also being a bit knit-picky here but the pillows were very thick and high, so it was difficult to sleep on. I had to keep shifting in my sleep and hugging the pillow just so my head, neck and upper body would be level with each other. Don't get me wrong, the pillows were comfortable, but felt something more like if you were needing to sit up in a hospital bed. Another complaint I had is that none of the vending machines worked, and my group and I had forgot to buy water so we were really dehydrated until we stopped by McDonald's Sunday morning to get some water and orange juice. The vending machines kept saying something about it needed to connect wirelessly, and whenever I scanned any of my cards the payment wouldn't go through. Mind you, I tried two different vending machines on two different floors!
good location in walking distance to the center
people were loud in other rooms and hotel didn't react on that; hotel in general OK but some of its parts needs renovation
The hotel was in a good location, the food at the pub was lovely on site, beds were comfortable, small issue with the shower was fixed straight away by a very nice maintenance man,
The room was very dated with the wall paper in the bathroom being quite grotty and needing updating, fridge and heater in the room made a lot of noise, room has very thin walls so could hear the people next door ..... staff were okay but in general not the, most friendly not really any hellos or have a nice days as you walk past which i feel is just a nice touch when your staying somewhere to feel welcome
