The hotel is fabulous. The location is ideal, overlooking the seafront. From the moment we arrived everything went really well. The room we had was very spacious, well furnished and comfortable. We were upgraded to a sea view as well. The bathroom was fine with a choice of bath or shower. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and set us up for the day. For evening meals you can eat in the restaurant or go into town where there are several places to eat. Highly recommended !
This is our second visit and once again we had an amazing short break The staff are thoughtful, professional and friendly, The food is fantastic and very good value And we love the lounge area with a library and board games. A really relaxing weekend and thank you for the coffee recommendation xx
Boutique establishment. Lovely staff throughout stay from receptionist to restaurant staff.
The staff were very helpful and the hotel was very tidy
The reception staff, in particular scottish Tony were pleasant and helpful.
A little disappointed as the room i thought we were getting a room with bay window and sea view with comfortable table and two chairs. What we got was a sea view from a drafty square window which you could look out of while sitting on high stools not much use for me as i have a bad hip. Paid more than i usually would because i thought we would get the bay window. Also states pay on arrival. When we arrived nothing was said we assumed we would pay in total when we left. I discovered on check out they had taken £50 on arrival and the balance was due on check out This was not a problem it just would have been nice if this had been explained before hand
