Bar area and restaurant areas are ok
the rooms let this hotel down, tired furniture fixtures and fittings-not enough sockets and bathroom taps stiff and old, serious update required.
The staff and how rude they were towards me and my friend, kicked us out and would let us in, I’m disgusted with the service and don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
The fact everything was dirty the room was cold.
Lovely views. Large room . Exceptionally good value. Our second stay. Easy walk to most places
Not a major grouse but sound of waste water gushing down pipes elsewhere in building at times intrusive (room 105)
The bed was comfortable
The night receptionist was absolutely rude. Our nephew checked in late and was told there was no room. She made him go up to the 4th floor and check the room and said if it wasn’t made, they would have to leave
