Excellent 10.0
Pros: Absolutely fantastic! If you want to relax in the Spanish countryside, with the smell of Apple Blossoms and Pear trees in the air, you are in for a great time! The host is extremely proud of his offering (as he should be), the history in the building is phenomenal, fresh potable Fountain water and fruit trees are on the line-up upon Check-in and it makes you feel right at home. I can truly recommend the residence!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Very nice old-fashioned design, rooms are cosy. There is big cosy living room for guests with fireplace. Charm place.
Cons: Breakfast is ok, but some products disapeared before we came, even we came 30 minutes before breakfast end time. Wi-Fi didn't work in one of our rooms ( we took 2 rooms because we were 4).
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hosts were amazing: friendly, helpful and caring. The food was authentic and extremely tasty and well presented. The owners gave us a tour of the place explaining historic use of building and facilities. The PERFECT way to end our Portugal/Spain Camino trip
Cons: Maybe a screen on window to keep mosquitoes out at night but that wasn’t how they did it in olden times and would’ve detracted from our view of the countryside. Really no complaints
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Old charming house ❤️The staff was kindly and friendly, we were order the dinner, everything was good in our meal
Cons: Nothing
Good 7.9
Pros: Lovely host. Great welcome with guided tour of the property and history. Traditional Spanish Farmhouse type property. An exceptional evening meal which represented great value
Cons: The room was a little small and in the eves which made it a little clostrophobic. The shower was broken
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, friendly, outside seating areas, lovely building. Good food. Bus to Santiago stops outside every hour, 1 euro to centre. Bus number 7 both ways.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The owner of the place was nice and showed us around the facilities, that look very nice. The interior and exterior design looked good.
Cons: We got a room next to the parking and reception, so we woke up everytime someone would leave from the hotel. The bed wasn't so comfortable either...
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Most interesting country house I ever seen.
Cons: Nothing bad to say.

Pros: We had a bag shipped here from SjPdP before starting Camino. People at hostel were lovely and so welcoming and helpful . It was a great location to end Camino. It was between old town and bus station . Room was comfortable and clean.
Cons: Liked everything
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Clean, comfortable
Cons: Would like to be closer to the cathedral
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I needed to stay over one night in Santiago after completing the camino with my daughter. This was the perfect and highly recommended accommodation.
Cons: One recommendation: We were on floor 4, but please lock the door to the outside space at a certain time, as four different groups of people came out at different times (the last one at 02:10!) who were so loud and I actually had to asked them through the window to respect other people who are sleeping.
Good 7.9
Pros: Mixed dorms with plenty of room. Card coded doors. Large common room with a number of tables, vending machines & TV with Netflix
Cons: Smaller showers & toilets. Small lockers in lobby by elevator.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Good location, v clean. 10 mins walk to Cathedral square. Would recommend
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved the retro vibe this hostel has. It was very clean and the staff were very accommodating with the check in process and courteous with answering and providing for our requests and needs. The bed was super comfy.and we loved how the windows opened and the view we had. They have a little laundromat which was handy and the location just brilliant for pilgrims to catch up with other pilgrims. They have stored our luggage while we went on a day trip.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I got the room I specifically asked for and could leave my luggage before checking in.
Cons: Good position
Good 7.9
Pros: Location was very good and staff were very helpful. Room was comfortable and clean.

Good 6.7
Pros: People were very nice and polite, nice location. You can go from there to the airport (bus station 15 walking from there) but they didnt know. Breakfast also fine for the price of the room
Cons: The bin was full of trush in my room when i got there, and the noise of the room because of the elevator didnt allow me to sleep until 02.00 am. The pillows are totally flat so pain in the neck the next day
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location to central activities and access off/on hwy if driving. Staff super friendly !! (this property is located in medium sized "mall/market") Very clean, quiet and secured. Many thanks!
Cons: "that I couldn't stay longer" :(
Excellent 9.2
Pros: staff
Cons: location
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Lovely good sized room . Amazing to be in a shopping centre
Good 7.0
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance from old town and bus station. In general fair pricing.
Cons: Rooms in need for some minor renovations but good for a short stay. Walls are thin. Was woken up by a couple arguing at 3 AM
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff, building, and location was awsome! Only one thing I felt inconvenienced was the bath looked not that clean. However, overall was so nice!
Good 6.3
Pros: If not for the darkness and the office workers checking out your underwear on their way to work, the place would be quite nice. The room was small, but clean, with necessary facilities for storage, with a socket by the bed, and with a bathtub. Luckily, the bathroom is not a part of the reality-show arrangement.
Cons: The hotel is inside a business center. Inside the building. That is, you can see the people in the offices and staircases within a few meters from your window. And they can see you. And people in the lifts outside are close enough to see the surprised expression in their eyes when they see you half-dressed in your room (the lifts are situated in the manner that allows them to be reflected in the wardrobe mirror). Apparently, the hotel decided to solve the problem by removing the lights from the rooms. There is a dim bedside lamp, that makes the place look even darker. Since the hotel is inside the building, there is never enough natural light, and you basically stay in an intimate half-darkened of a completely dark environment all the time, still exposed to the curious looks of the opposite side office workers. Or you can draw the curtains, and enjoy the cramped space of a tiny room in the dark. In fact, there is one bright light - in the entrance area, There is nothing there, but that nothing is brightly lit, so if you need to find something in your bag, for instance, you can take it to the entrance to stand there and search through the content.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Convenience - located in a mall
Good 7.9
Pros: It comfortable, very friendly staff value for money
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Great staff. Really helpful. Thanks u guys.
Cons: The parking is a little issue. But amazing hotel.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The reception staff is friendly and helpful who told us where is the alternative public parking after we found out the underground parking entrance Is far too narrow & steep for us to drive in. The room and bathroom is clean and space is adequate. The neighbourhood is ok with 2 supermarket. Only 15-20 min walking to the old town.
Cons: The underground parking is too narrow and tight. The entrance of the parking is narrow and steep. Scary to drive thru it. Those rooms facing the front street is a bit noisy even though we are at 4th floor.

Pros: Our hosts were very hospitable and accommodating to all our needs. My father 79 years old and I had just finished the Camiño Santiago de Compostela. His feet blistered. Our hosts helped us take care of him medically and insured that all our needs were taken care of. I can gladly recommend these friendly people anytime. Thank you for everything!!
Good 6.7
Pros: Having freshly made coffee available was a huge bonus. Otherwise, the hotel was fine and clean, maybe just a little far from the center, but a nice walk regardless.
Cons: This is difficult and I've been avoiding writing this review, but there is clearly a serious problem with the younger male staff member. Unfortunately, I heard him yelling at another staff member, who also happened to be his father, in a violent and aggressive manner that was incredibly disturbing - not the least reason being that apparently what set him off was my asking for a restaurant recommendation and him disagreeing with his father's advice. Honestly, separate from one another, they were both very nice and helpful. But together, the tension was enormous and it was extremely uncomfortable for me after I was witness to that exchange. I sincerely hope that young man is working on his anger issues and temper. Had he worked anywhere else, yelled at any other staff person in that way, I imagine he would not have a job. He is lucky; I really hope he realizes that and controls himself in the future and shows everyone respect, especially is father. It was scary.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff are very helpful and the location perfect 5 minutes walk to the bus stop
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Good English, clean and quiet
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent position just 26 minutes to the old city Center , just 8 minutes to walk from the bus station. really easy to find, nice place, clean big room, comfortable, and super nice reception. I recommend to any people need a good place to stay in Santiago away from the city Center
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable rooms with ok beds. Clean and value for money. Good breakfasts were excellent value.Quiet neighbourhood.
Cons: Lengthy hilly walk to the centre of town. Few nearby eating options on a Sunday
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast limited - no buffet, hotel decides what to give you.
Cons: Limited breakfast
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location is great. I'll definitely be back
Cons: No complaints

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Simple but clean and inexpensive for a private room. Good facilities as well.
Cons: It's >1km from the Cathedral and center.
Good 6.0
Cons: It was too too cold, everywhere..
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Reception Staff , shop Staff very helpful and friendly, walking distance from city centre No hassle to and from airport Safe place to stay , hot showers
Cons: Toilets beside the kitchen in the supermarket area , and lack of heat in the hallways and rooms Especially having to leave the room from 11am till 13:30 pm during lock down while cleaning
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The single room was comfortable. It was good to have a kitchen to use.
Cons: It was a little cold as the heating was not turned on until about 8pm
Excellent 8.3
Pros: I experienced discomfort as the ambient temperature was very cold during my stay and heat was required in my room As well there’s was an issue with cold showers on several occasions
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: It had a kitchen for cooking and laundry facilities. Views from inside and outside were nice and it is a short walk into the old city.
Cons: I visited in early November and it was cold and raining. Some days it got down to single digits. The establishment was exremely cold and drafty. I thought I would freeze in this place. The heating is inadequate and barely goes on and is off most of the day. I could not sleep due to how uncomfortably cold it was. I was sivering in bed at night. To make matters worse, the staff would leave the windows open even with single digit degree weather and rain. I had a single room and it had a sink, however there was no warm/hot water for washing hands and brushing teeth. The water was freezing cold. I found some staff memebers to be unfriendly. A woman in the supermarket would never smile at me or say hi even though I did to her. I could not wait to leave this place. I thought it was inadequate for winter months as it is extremely cold and drafty and makes for a terribly uncomfortable stay.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: excellent breaky lots of pilgrims to share information with.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: The best part is that you are staying in a real seminary-- this building is incredible and unless you stay in a castle or some other Unesco heritage type building that wasn't originally a hotel, then you cannot have such a special experience. The price/location ratio is fantastic.
Cons: It's pretty no frills, but I got a single and it wasn't too small and had its own bathroom and shower. It was clean. My recommendation for travelers with more than a shoe string budget is to stay here at least 1 day but best is 2 days and then shell out and enjoy some luxury; yet at the same time if money were no object and I could stay at the Reyes Catolicos suite, I would still spend a night or two here. This is no ordinary experience.

Pros: Good location at end of Camino. Perfect location for the final one hour walk into the Cathedral. Visible from the Camino. Comfortable bed and room for the night
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Clean rooms, friendly staff (other than breakfast supervisor). Breakfast contents good (eggs and bacon available).
Cons: Shower was difficult to keep balance in (mid-tub faucets and shower head, curved tub bottom). Toilet space cramped (facing and too close to sink). Mix-up with breakfast location due to poor signage. We were told to leave after serving ourselves and beginning to eat. Very traumatic and embarrassing.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Receptionisit was very friendly

Pros: The staff were very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable.
Cons: The room we had was a bit outdated and the air conditioning did not work. The wifi was weak and slow.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The staff were very accomodating, providing a meal when I arrived quite late after the dinner service was closed. The hotel was on the Camino Inglés along a stretch close to Santiago that did not have many accomodations with private rooms. The room had a bath which was soothing after a long day of walking. The location allows for getting to Santiago the next morning after only a couple of hours of walking.
Cons: The decor was a little outdated. The hotel is great if you are stopping on the Camino Santiago, but does not provide easy access to other restaurants or to the city.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Price
Cons: The staff could have been more helpful and informative, the beds more comfortable, breakfast could be better.
Mediocre 2.9
Pros: Food was cold, coffe was inferiour
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Helpful staff
Cons: A little far from city center

Excellent 8.8
Pros: The staff were very welcoming. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Dinner was served early which was great. The bar was good.
Cons: Breakfast options were limited so it wasn't such great value for money.
Good 6.3
Pros: Staff very friendly
Cons: It was cold, after walking the camino
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly owner greeted us on arrival and after a 30km walk on Camino we were very pleased to relax in this pleasant hotel. We ate in the bar area and owners mother prepared a super dinner.
Cons: Nothing
Good 7.5
Pros: The room was spacious and warm with a welcome bath after a long walking day. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Cons: The hotel was said to be on the Camino route but was hard to get to after a long day to Siguiero. We had to walk another 5km and some of it was along a very busy road.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: A comfortable, friendly place. We felt at home.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: This was an absolutely wonderful stay. Jose made this possible by going out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Dinner and breakfast was very good. He also educated us on the changing of the Camino route and made sure we got back on the Camino when we left.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel is charming and well appointed, and the manager, Jose, is an impeccable host. I had one of the best meals of my life there: the Galician soup and chicken.
Good 6.3
Pros: The staff was very helpful. You can reach Santiago de Compostela in 15 minutes by car.
Cons: The hotel and room is OK - but a renovationwould be beneficial.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Nice room, decent food, lovely hosts
Cons: Old rattly window in the bathroom.

Okay 5.4
Pros: Their decorations are cool
Cons: They charge for cooking and besides there’s no socket in their room. And they only provided one key for our 6 people group
Good 7.1
Cons: Really loud door to the room
Good 6.3
Pros: Nice staff
Cons: No doors, only hangings and all sleeping rooms have been connected like shower cabines or toilet cabines. As consequence was there no protection from snorring from other rooms and also no good safety feeling because stealing things could have been very easy. The sleeping area seemed also not really good ventilated as consequence the smell of the pilgrim's shoes was everywhere. One toilet and two shower cabines per gender were to less.
Okay 5.4
Cons: Esoteric symbols and music, which was not described on the internet. The music was playing even in the sleeping part. Accomodation was for low price, but there were extra fees for using kitchen devices, which I did not experience in similar types of accommodation.
Okay 5.8
Cons: Nothing in the area around, far away from everything
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Seems quieter than other Albergues on the Camino as bunk beds are sectioned into smaller rooms. Adequate bathroom and shower facilities. Nice colorful common areas. Helpful and friendly staff at the reception. There’s no rush to push guests out the front door in the morning, making it ideal for pilgrims who have just arrived and what a bit of a relaxed morning.
Cons: It’s a bit of a walk from the center. You have to pay to use the stove top but it’s not expensive.
