Pros (+) Breakfast bar had good options.
Cons (-) Checked into a jacuzzi suite that we couldn’t use—- the faucet didn’t fit, the towels were soaking wet, there was a leak from the ceiling, took the staff 1.25 hours to get us dry towels and they only took 10% off the expensive room we barely got to use.

Pros (+) Only the breakfast was decent.
Cons (-) There was a condom wrapper in our room, they booked us in a smoking room and couldn't switch us, the a/c was crazy loud, and there are homeless people and abandoned shopping carts all around.
