room smelled like pee and water pressure + faucets/shower were weird. shower not as clean as I would have liked. facilities are lacking for the cost. but the staff are absolutely incredible.

Pros (+) Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.Restaurant was good but expensive for hotel food.
Cons (-) I had a wonderful view of the bus station and freeway. I could see the homeless pushing shopping carts at all hours of the day and night. Asked for an extra toothbrush and was given something with one line of bristles on it that bent when I took it out of the plastic. Way to go Hilton Honors....Room service was crazy expensive. Valet parking was NOT included with stay. $40 per night. I paid for br...

Pros (+) Location was central to many places within walking distance. Staff is very friendly.
Cons (-) Views were disappointing, the decor was dark, the room had light switches that did nothing and not worth the money. Food was of the same quality of a standard class hotel.
