Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms. The location is appreciated for its proximity to the beach and airport. However, many guests express dissatisfaction with the variety and quality of food, especially at the buffet and restaurants, and mention issues with overcrowding and reservation requirements for dining. Some also note that the hotel infrastructure could use improvement, but recent renovations are seen positively. Overall, service and cleanliness stand out as strong positives.
