Staff was courteous and friendly. Coffee stations in lobby and on each floor were a great perk (though a few times they ran empty or needed to be tidied before service ended). Perfect location close to a variety of sights and the shuttle service was convenient and easy to use. Would definitely visit again.

We used this as a sleeping spot on the way to CO so could not take advantage of the location or amenities. Recommend for a longer stay in Santa Fe vs a stay-over location.

Cons (-) Heard the guests staying above us throughout the entire trip. Kitchen closed half way through our trip, we were never given notice. Closet was dirty. Most of the staff was extremely pleasant and warm. Good location

Pros (+) The minute I walked in, the vibe was very relaxed, lighting was perfect and it felt inviting. The staff at the front ran were friendly, professional and very helpful.
Cons (-) The only thing I didn't like was the road noise. Weather was ideal so I had my door open and because it it located at a busy intersection, I heard a lot of car noise. Again, this is the ONLY thing I didn't like.

Cons (-) Room was not fully cleaned. We were put right next to the kitchen, which got pretty loud around 5 am.
