Location and walkability to so many things.
The pool view from the balcony looked so inviting especially since it was so hot, but unfortunately it was closed the entire time of our stay.
For a hotel that charges $500 for two nights, the deluxe king room doesn't even have a coffee machine. The furniture and the carpet stinks—just poor quality. The elevators had no operation certificates. And these hotels need to stop separating washbasin from the toilet/shower area. What century is that from; I want to wash my hands without having to touch the door handle, open the door, and then wash hands. Just antiquated and the lobby carpets need to be changed. There is an awful odor in every lobby. The ice machine did not work. The fridge in the room barely cooled anything—the bathrobes where so thin and uncomfortable. The luggage cart is never available. Just buy some more carts. It isn't that complicated.
All staff were very welcoming and helpful. We received an upgraded room which was appreciated and very comfortable. The interior decor and grounds of the hotel were beautiful and a lovely tribute to the beauty and heritage of Sante Fe. The outdoor patio of the restaurant was peaceful and relaxing. I especially loved the soft flute music playing in the background. The food was fabulous!
Great location, very cute hotel! Pet friendly which worked out for us.
Horrible bed...very soft mattress you could feel every move...painful for your back, for the rates would expect something at least “0k”.
The room was fine & clean. The staff is wonderful. The location doesn’t have much around it & no place close by to eat so you almost have to eat in the hotel or drive someplace
The food was very greasy so I didn’t really have dinner & nothing else close by
