Big clean room. Nice pool. Lovely property (though unfortunately in rainy season the jungle trail is closed). Enjoyed the creative Christmas decorations. I would recommend.
The breakfast and breakfast staff could be better. Food partially very dry and not refilled. A pity for this class of hotel. Be aware that there can be many families with children, which can be very noisy in the hotel corridor and the pool area.

The room was well appointed and comfortable and the location was very good for the airport. These were the main criteria for our stay but I would add that as with everywhere in Malaysia the staff were exceptional, both friendly and professional.
Unfortunately our door entry failed during our stay and this was an inconvenience, although the staff did their best to resolve this promptly they were unable to repair the door. The breakfast was also not as good as the other establishments that we stayed in while we were in Borneo.

Staff did not speak very good English. Hotel did not respond to my e mails after noticing we had left over £200 worth of items in a drawer after we checked out. Still chasing....
