Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and accommodating staff, as well as the hotel's convenient location near supermarkets and public transport. However, many reviews mentioned negative aspects such as uncomfortable beds, cleanliness issues, lack of elevators, and outdated facilities. Some guests also noted problems with air conditioning, noise, and the absence of breakfast. Overall, while the service and location stood out positively, the hotel fell short in comfort and amenities.
