Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's beautiful location near San Gimignano and the excellent pool area, which is often described as a highlight of their stay. Many found the views stunning and the atmosphere relaxing. However, several guests were disappointed by outdated rooms, cleanliness issues, and misleading photos that did not match the actual condition of the hotel. While some staff were friendly and helpful, others reported unkind or unprofessional service. Overall, the pool and location are standout features, but the hotel would benefit from renovations and improved cleanliness.
