Ok overal ...
Room was comfy and clean ...
Breakfast was poor ...
Definitely a good place if you like to walk around a lot, usually from your room to the front desk and back.
First, the room I had checked into wasn't turned down by housekeeping. No big deal, I went to the desk, let them know, told them to inform housekeeping(they were still doing rounds). Came back 30 mins later and no change. Let them know, they put me into a room that already had someone else's luggage in it. Thankfully I didn't walk in on them. Back to the front desk, moved me back to original room. Key didn't work, and it was still a mess(can see though the window). Had to go back for another key, and let them know it still wasn't turned down. Left for about 30 more mins, came back, and waited for an hour. Still no maids. Had to call the front desk and ask again, and was told I'd get a call back. 15 mins later I had to walk to the front desk, where I was told the maids already went home and they finally gave me a key to a new room that was clean and unoccupied. All this took place over the course of 3 hours. Then, each day, after the usual check out time, my key cards would stop working. I had to go back to the desk each of the 5 days I stayed to get the cards reactivated. Also, the sound dampening is pretty terrible, it sounded like I was sleeping on the curb of El Cajon blvd, while my room was towards the back of the property. I wish that was an exaggeration.
Pretty but dirty
I loved the decor and colors of the room as well as the large tv.
There were several bugs, including one about the size of a dime. Plus there were stains on the walls, furniture, and carpet. I didn't look like they did a good job cleaning it.
I liked that it was in a good area where evrything you need or want to visit is close by. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Will stay there again was very pleased with my stay!!!!
Clean and safe
Bad location. Seemed really dirty and old.
