I was given a handicap room, but it was unclean, my back hurt, and I couldn't sleep because I could hear people being dropped off at the hotel all night.

Upon check in we were given a room that had not been cleaned with sheets piled up on the bed. We were moved to another room. The sheets were very ruff and did not cover the bed. We purchased new blankets at Costco to make the bed more comfortable. Normally we do not get to use the hot tub because we are working. Pros (+) They allowed me to check in early.
Cons (-) Literally a cold shower on day 2. No hot water. Toilet needed to be flushed multiple times. Had to ask for a new roll of toilet paper since there was only about an 1/8th of a roll available at check in. $15 charge for overnight parking and yet there is broken bottles, trash all over, kids smoking weed, listening to loud music and playing football. Pros (+) Great location in the center of town, but you'll need a car to get to restaurants, etc.
Cons (-) I travel all the time for business. This hotel wins the worst hotel for 2018. The wifi went out constantly. No hot water in the rooms. Power went on and off. Service was poor and the breakfast buffet ($17 for old eggs and crappy potatoes) was absolutely horrible. The bacon was like a salt lick. Horrible place.

Cons (-) A little further from the airport than we thought. Hotel shuttle from airport not available so $60 taxi bill so negatively impacted value. Hotel shuttle to airport in the morning was perfect. Location seemed remote from restaurants and shopping.

Pros (+) Large spacious bed room and bathroom. Front desk staff helpful. Free shuttle but if trying to get to the airport, be aware that shuttle may drop others off at various locations enroute to the airport. Great hamburger on the bar menu!!
Cons (-) Shuttle making so many stops. Physical layout of building rather bizarre and like a labyrinth. Further away from airport than I anticipated. Approx. 30 min without traffic.

Pros (+) $65 on Kayak. Entry way was pretty cool. This place is big and expansive. A little investment in facilities and grounds could really shape it up. It looks like they remodeled it but didn't go far enough.
Cons (-) Walk up price was around $130 Lots of repairs needed - I could hear the clunky doors from my room every time someone came in or out, ceiling leaking in the rain, little plumbing problems/rusty stuff. Something gross was stuck to the shower wall when I checked in, and housekeeping missed it the second day too.

Pros (+) The rooms were okay.
Cons (-) Housekeeping was out of control, I was walked in on FOUR different times, all while my DND sign was on the door, they didn't knock before unlocking the door; called for towels after 2 hours had to go get my own; witnessed housekeeping leave occupied rooms open/unlocked for long periods of time. My staff member had another guest receive a key to the room they were checked into.
