My mom was paying for the hotel as a gift for me and my boyfriend, she called the hotel directly before booking to see if this would be a problem and was told no, it would not. When we arrived we were told they needed the credit card present or they would cancel our week booking, they even spoke with my mom on the phone, but wouldn’t take the rest of the payment (they had already taken the first night from her card). Our comforter had cigarette burns in it that were so bad we had to ask for it to be changed. The pool looked dirty.
The receptionist couldn’t find my reservation , took her 30 minutes to finally find it , after I had to insist. The room had a nasty smell , the restroom door was broken and didn’t close. On the wall of the shower there was so much woman’s hair. The place was disgusting & over price for the low quality.
We asked extra pillow, but they give us dirty and used pillow...I can tell because i work as housekeeping supervisor...
It was a room
Right under freeway and near train so it was really loud. Not very clean. Whole property seemed a little gross
