The cabins are complete, the rooms have a place in common, good breakfast. Clean place, good wifi, overlooking the lake. It is located 8 km from the center of Bariloche. Very good to rest. Friendly staff
Beautifully located between trees and with a view on lake and mountains, great beds and clean room
It’s really hard to get there if you don’t have a car, taxis to the city center are round 400 pesos and the bus is going only a few times per day. The estancia is beautiful but has so much more potential. It feels a bit like they stop improving at one point - would be great if there were tables and chairs on the beautiful terrace, a comfortable chill area in the garden, maybe some flowers on the tables, a more thought through breakfast, if you could always enter the pool and the fitness room, if you’d have a big window in your room etc.
Everything was untidy, the towels had holes in them, we didn’t even get one each till we asked for extras! They have a fixed menu, but had already run out of 2 options at 8:30 in the evening. Room needs a great deal of upkeep. The food was very simple but good
Great value. We had a beautiful room with a stunning view. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful (but they don't speak English). The hotel is in a quiet, green location, and has good security.
The breakfast is mediocre. The spa facilities were closed (probably long-term) while we stayed. You'll need a car to get around.
The room was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff were very friendly and cheerful.
The breakfast was very basic and all bread and just jam and butter. Could have provided some fruit and difference options. One of the receptionists, older blond lady, was very loud especially late in the evening and played very loud awful music. She got very stressed when handling our queries and was not good and communicating. We were not impressed. She was very abrupt and did not listen to what we had to say. Also our room was supposed to have a lake view. Couldn't really see the lake only the mountains.
