Pros (+) Big room, AC worked great, beds comfortable. Nice gym.
Cons (-) The door to the restroom seemed abnormally large, and when opened, blocks the room door. Weird. The carpet was dusty. Noticed after walking on it without shoes, bottom of our feet turned black. Really weird and gross. Perhaps a good steam cleaning should be done.

Cons (-) Hot breakfast not included at the room price I paid. Guess I didn't read the fine print. Restaurant staff very friendly and the hot breakfast we decided to spring for was very good.

Pros (+) Very friendly staff, clean hotel, great location for events at the NOS center- about a 30 minute walk away.
Cons (-) A bit tough if you don't have a car. Not a lot of food or retail accessible by foot, lots of roads in the area missing sidewalks.

Pros (+) The rooms were not "amazing" but overall this hotel is VERY nice and very accommodating. The breakfast is amazing. Even though other hotels have breakfast included, I did not mind paying $11 for a huge, delicious breakfast.
Cons (-) Comforters should be larger and warmer.
