The room was not what was described, there was a headband from someone else, when I checked in the staff was rude, then when i went to notify her about it she was rude and not empathetic about it. I asked for pillows for the sleeper sofa and was given attitude for even asking and then when they were brought in there was black hair on them. I ask for a general manager to call and still have not heard from anyone. This hotel experience has been one of the worst.

Good room at a good price.
Stayed two days. On Sunday breakfast ended at 9:30. On Monday we showed up at 9:10 and breakfast ended at nine. Tons of food left. One man said to take what we wanted but the person handling the breakfast didn't let us. Wasting all that food. Bad form!
