Pros (+) The responsiveness of the desk manager was to be congratulated. Over all the place is usually clean and the staff always courteous. I am not sure what the problem was with housekeeping that day but something was definitely off.
Cons (-) My wife and I arrived around 5:00 PM. We were assigned a room on the 2nd floor. When we got to the room, it had NOT been cleaned and made up at all. We called the front desk and asked for another room which the desk manager immediately assigned and ran up the stairs and hand delivered to us for the 5th floor. That room was clean and organized.
