Pros (+) Our rooms was very clean but wound up having a leaking water issue a few days into our stay. The staff handled it very quickly and were helpful in getting us a new room within minutes. Every employee was polite and kind. We had a comfortable, clean room and a nice trip because of it.
Cons (-) We had no issues with the hotel or staff over our 10 night stay.

Cons (-) lights and plugs didnt work, shower look nasty/had to put a towel down, loud outside/people talking can hear everything. One line says you pay when you stay, but asap i had to pay the whole amount before i got the room instead of after check out.
