There was weird smell coming into the room. A humid smell from the floor (it seemed). Bathroom door did not shut.
Can’t really say we liked it. There was only one front desk clerk(Jenny) that was very nice and we only got to see her the day we checked out.
The first day we checked in the fridge was not working and we needed it. The front desk clerk was not welcoming at all. When we went to tell him about the fridge he was on his phone made a face like her interrupted him. They switched us room to the second floor. Then we realized there was socks on the floor corner that weren’t ours. The breakfast does not have a variety of food just three things which they said is the only thing they serve. There wasn’t any type of cereal for kids. We had to request for them to go clean the room after they said it said on their paper they had cleaned it. My understanding the rooms were sound proof and I have three children under 7 years old. We got a phone call on our last night of noise complaint when my children were showered and on the bed playing with their tablets. I have stayed at a best western before and have had a better experience. I will not be staying there again we lasted 3 nights.
It was very comfortable.
Not enough parking space .
Everything was horrible at this location to the point that I wonder how Best Western could even associate their name with it. Immediately upon stepping out of the elevator the smell of marijuana hit us. When notifying the staff, they did not even care.
Had to switch rooms due to 1st room entry door didn't close
