Summary of reviews
Guests say
Overall, guests praised the hotel's excellent location near the Riverwalk, spacious and well-equipped rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and enjoyable amenities such as the rooftop pool. Many found the property clean and comfortable, making it suitable for families or groups. However, several guests reported issues with last-minute reservation cancellations due to overbooking, high-pressure sales tactics related to timeshares, and occasional cleanliness or maintenance concerns. Despite these negatives, the positive aspects of location, service, room size, and amenities stood out for most visitors.

Wonderful
Rod, Feb 2018
Pros (+) This resort was so much nicer than just a hotel room. We stayed in a 1 bedroom and it was very roomy. Huge bathroom with a soaking tub was a hit for my wife while I was at a conference. Close to all the Riverwalk action and all it has to offer. We would definitely stay here again!
