Owners were extremely helpful and we done a brilliant coffee roasting tour!
Really nice quiet place close to the main street (5 min walking) and close to the bus station (3 min walking). The visit of the owner's finca is just 10 min walking far and he transmits his passion in the perfect way.
A little lack of consideration from the staff. I had no towel given the first day, no informations received about the common areas and had to wait 4 hours to receive toilet paper.
Staff spoke English and were very helpful
Entrance to the hostal and the room were not paved. So you have to walk on muddy ground as it rains a lot there. If you have roller luggages, you have to either carry them or roll them in mud. Room was very basic, did not have hangers for clothes, very small and rustic, showerhead did not function well.
Good location and cheaper than other places but therefore very very basic, could do with a refresh
The location at the edge of the village is an advantage if you want to get away from the noise in the centre of the village. The rooms are also surrounded by trees and flowers. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very good . It’s a basic hostal and offers good value for money.
It’s was probably too basic for me compared to the other hostels I stayed in Colombia but it was also the cheapest I stayed in. So it does have a good value for money.
