Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and found some staff members to be friendly and helpful. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with many guests describing dirty rooms, bedding, and bathrooms. Service experiences were mixed, with some guests praising staff while others reported rude or unhelpful behavior. Value for price was also a point of contention, with some guests feeling it was fair and others dissatisfied due to poor conditions or lack of amenities. Overall, the positives were mainly the location and occasional good service, but significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and consistency of service.
